Called to book appointment as new client, the lady I spoke with on that day was amazing, and so kind! Fast forward. Two days before my appointment I get a text to confirm my appointment with the wrong time. I called in to ask about this time error and was told that they moved my appointment because the assistant that should have been there at that time was no longer available. I went in for a consult with Dr. Gessie and left feeling at ease and confident to make a decision regarding upcoming dental work. Not only did she answer every question I had ( and there were plenty!!) I left feeling educated as to how to proceed with future dental care. My concerns regarding finances, dental concerns as I age, and more were answered. She is a very warm, humorous and sincere professional that makes you feel heard. If you are nervous about seeing a dentist….this is the lady to see 😊
Dr Guessy went over and above before, during and after my dental implant procedure. Everything was explained in detail through the process. By far the best experience I’ve had when it comes to dental. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr Guessy.
