Everything about this place is on point. You are greeted with a smile and explained the options and are the centre of the care of the incredible staff at all times. Not all dental places are the same. The staff here truly care about you as their client with you in their best interest. Yes! That IS a big deal. You’re not another dollar sign walking through the door. I will never go to another dental office because of the amazing experience and staff. Thank you for being the Light!
The dentist quickly fixed a crack in my daughter's filling. No freezing required - and no charge either! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the "no charge" piece was not communicated to the front desk, so I nearly did get charged. Otherwise, great service!
I am Very satisfied with the New Dentists at North Peace Dental Clinic. I have been coming to this Clinic for 41 years and was a little apprehensive about having a new Dentist after the former owners retired. But the Setvice and work has been great, a fresh start at an old Office.
As someone with Autism E.D.S and hyperaucusis i was terrified of the dentist. After seeing DR. Grace Fong all of my fears are gone. They made me so comfortable and were so accommodating to my needs.I am endlessly thankful.
Great experience with teeth cleaning with my kids (ages 3 and 5). Neither were nervous and were able to do X-rays and cleaning with ease. Very happy with this clinic and Hali the Hygienist.
