Have been going here for many years and even though the office is now under a new dentist, I am very happy with the results of the work, and the staff is excellent. The dog has moved, I understand, to a different city. Along with his owner. But the new dentist he is excellent. A great choice.
Dr Herakati is great! The freezing needle she uses is almost pain free, nothing like the ones I have experienced in the past! She is friendly and very calming. She explains everything and I always have a good experience at this dental office. The assistants, hygienist and admin staff are all friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend North York Dental!
Dr. Hafizi is the best. He explains everything clearly, he’s kind and checks in with me if necessary. Even with the difficulty I had during my last procedure he was so sweet and always made sure I was comfortable or checked if I was in pain. Been going here for 3 years now and I intend on being a patient of his until he stops practicing.
The team at North York Dental Clinic is amazing. They are patient, caring, and always go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable during your visit. Truly a wonderful experience every time.
