8/25/2014 There should be something like negative-5 stars.. All negativism you read here is all true plus more. If you can avoid it, STAY AWAY from this place. It's a Shark Tank, not a health-oriented establishment. I should have checked here first. I initially went to Northern Dental because it was one of the dental offices that accepted my insurance. Worst treatment and bad timing – I had very bad experience with this dental hospital. I had a broken tooth which was not paining before treatment but after I had a crown fix , it started paining. I had Deep cleaning with unprofessional and was paining for at least 2 weeks after treatment. They take waiting time at least 1 hour.
Don't waste your precious time – From day 1, they showed unprofessionalism. When I told Elanor that I can hardly afford to spend much out of my pocket, and wish to take advantage of my insurancs since I have been paying for it, but haven't used it in past 2 years, she completely ignored to reply my calls to see if they are going to take care of the tooth that is hurting, or I should look for another dentist. Worst dental office – I took my daughter to see the dentist and he did nothing. 'open your mouth and close' good that's all. I wanted to ask him some questions, but he had left in less than 3 min. I asked to talk to him again, but I was told the treatment is finished. That was suppose to be an exam 'open close.' Another lady I talked to in the office was distresses because of their billing issues. Never go to them...
This dental office is annoying ....worst kind ever – All I can say is, do not even think about going to them if you value your time, health and money. Their billing practices are not legitimate. Dentists are unprofessional
