Greeted by the warm friendly smile of the receptionist, I was immediately put at ease and made me feel comfortable and welcome. Super friendly staff kept me at ease while they efficiently went about their work. They made sure that not only did I know what they were going to, but that I understood why. When I needed emergency dental work, Northern Dental fit me in on a Friday evening. The staff was professional, kind, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The care I received was excellent.
Second visit was just as good! Staff is very friendly and welcoming! Cleaning was, once again gentle and thorough. Addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions. Very considerate of my pregnancy and how I was feeling/my comfort. Answered questions and showed me reason/explanation for any issues. Very professional and polite and friendly! Will be back and will recommend!
I would recommend this dentist to anybody. She is kind and gentle and she cared about my feelings. How terrified I was I got a tooth extracted and it was an amazing experience. Can’t even believe I’m saying that I will be back for any dental needs. I recommend this dental office. Everybody was so very kind and helpful.
The dentist and assistant were wonderful . Very attentive, explained everything and made sure that both my appointments went well.
