I called for an emergency and they got me in within a half hour. The staff was so friendly and amazing! My nurse was erna (I think? I had three teeth removed so my head hurt a bit trying to remember names) and she was sooooo nice and took me through the whole process. Dr. Khalil was also amazing. 1000000% recommend this office. Getting molars removed in an emergency sucks, but they made it as comfortable as possible. I don’t think I’m afraid of the dentist anymore!
I had a fantastic experience at Northern Dental with Dr. Rami and hygienist Erna. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. I am a first time patient and was nervous for my dental work. My anxiety was eased by Raquel who patiently and promptly responded to all of my inquiries. Once there I walked into a gorgeous office that was both peaceful and comfortable. My dental hygienist Lissa was so kind and informative, I felt like I had a friend there! Staff were friendly, cleaning was done with water pick the whole time which felt nice and clean. Dentist answered all my questions. They were all really careful not to go over my coverage without my permission which I really appreciate since most dentists do go over without telling you beforehand. Got good quality complimentary products when I left including a small electric toothbrush for being a new client which I love! Will return for sure.
