I'm new to this clinic, but you wouldn't know it by the way they treat you. The office is bright, modern, efficient, and makes great use of technology. Every staff member is friendly, explains what's happening, and greets you with a smile. Billing through Sun Life and Manulife was completely hassle-free. Did I mention how fast they are? Wow. My mouth feels wonderful, and my teeth finally feel at home.

As someone who has had bad experiences and gets anxiety just hearing the word freezing. I was terrified to go but I talked myself into going and I am so happy I did. Dr. Rami and his team went above and beyond for me. He took his time to listen and understand and his assistants were very considerate. I had to get 3 teeth pulled and he made it painless!! Kept checking on me and made me feel like I was the priority. Him amd his team even stayed late to make sure I was seen for my dental emergency!! 100% recommended 👌

The front office staff is welcoming and provides attentive care. Dr. Raimi is exceptionally gentle and consistently checks in throughout the procedure to ensure patient comfort. It is also evident that he fosters a positive environment for his team. The facility is clean and utilizes modern technology compared to other practices. Furthermore, they are transparent regarding insurance benefits and treatment plans. The dental hygienist also provided excellent service.

33 years of not going to a dentist and they have made this experience better then expected after last experiences. The hygienist has been wonderful and I am thankful for the 2.5 hours she spent on cleaning my teeth. More work to go, but I am comfortable with letting them complete it no mater what it is. Thank you to everyone there

I had an amazing experience at Northern Dental Centre. I reached out about a broken tooth, and they replied incredibly fast and were able to book me in right away. From the moment I arrived, the team helped me get everything set up and made me feel completely comfortable. They were gentle, professional, and very caring throughout the entire procedure. They took the time to explain every step, which really helped ease my nerves. I’m especially grateful to Dr. Rami and the entire team for their kindness and exceptional care.
