Kirsten is an amazing hygienist! She’s so thorough, gentle and considerate. I have sensitive gums and she took so many measures to make it as pain free as possible. Definitely recommend this dental practice!
This is an update to a post I made 7 years ago. Me and my family have been longtime clients for over 20 yrs. All of the dentists & hygienists that I’ve dealt with at this office were outstanding. Particularly hygienist Kirsten who is wonderful. She’s friendly & very thorough in her work. I’ve just started seeing Dr. Tracie Tanaka over the past two weeks and she very friendly, professional and takes the time to explain things. Overall, I’m very happy with this office from the front staff to the dentists & hygienists.
As a family we actually look forward to going to the dentist! Dr Tanaka is warm and friendly as well as incredibly professional and clear with her impressions, suggestions and dental work. Her staff are equally lovely, from being warmly and kindly greeted as soon as we enter the office to her hygienists who are personable and efficient and make the dreaded cleaning seem quick and painless. Thank you for all of your kindness, support, and hard work.
Oh man. My appointment was in March but posting this now because I recently found out they claimed 30 min of scaling to my insurance... but the funny thing is my entire appointment took less than 15 minutes. Doubt I'd have found this out if I hadn't needed to go in for a separate hygienist appointment at a different dental clinic because I wasn't satisfied with how little time the doctor spent with me here. Everyone was nice, but I'd have been a lot happier if they claimed an honest amount to my insurance. Very disappointed... read more
