I went in for a bad tooth ache and Dr. Tracie was able to fix it immediately with a little root canal. This is the first root canal I’ve had, and I had heard horror stories about them but she made it as painless as possible. Also the hygienist Kate was very kind and did a quick yet thorough job. Lastly the front desk staff were also super friendly and helpful. I will continue to go to Northgate although it is far out of my way. 👍🏼
I’ve never liked going to the dentist until I came here. You guys are the best! The friendliest people and very knowledgable. Thank you for all you do! You’ve made such improvements to my dental health in just a year’s time.
From the front office associates to the dentist, everyone was courteous, professional, and demonstrated the necessary skills to do their respective jobs—KUDOS! I hate going to the dentist; however, this dental clinic is good at what it does! My experience could not have been better. Subsequently, I plan to return to have a bit more work done.
Considering I was held up in traffuc due to an accident on the highway, I telephoned to say that I would be late and and to let them know how I was doing along the way. I arrived 20-25 minutes late for the appointment and they STILL let me in! The hygenist was very good and I was quit happy at how it went. I am highly satisfied with the staff. My dental hygienist, Michelle, did a gentle but very thorough and efficient cleaning, as per usual. She is also always lovely and personable, and has not forgotten details I had shared about my family over the past 10 years! I don't think I've ever met quite as positive and warm a dental hygienist as she has been to my family and me. As always, my experience at the clinic today was excellent!
