I went in for a bad tooth ache and Dr. Tracie was able to fix it immediately with a little root canal. This is the first root canal I’ve had, and I had heard horror stories about them but she made it as painless as possible. Also the hygienist Kate was very kind and did a quick yet thorough job. Lastly the front desk staff were also super friendly and helpful. I will continue to go to Northgate although it is far out of my way. 👍🏼
From the front office associates to the dentist, everyone was courteous, professional, and demonstrated the necessary skills to do their respective jobs—KUDOS! I hate going to the dentist; however, this dental clinic is good at what it does! My experience could not have been better. Subsequently, I plan to return to have a bit more work done.
Best place for my dental needs. Best oral dental care one can ever have. I’m well taken cared of by staff. Shout out to Michelle R. for having proactively cared for my dental hygiene, just the best Hygienist. She just doesn’t take care gor one’s oral care but, genuinely concerned of a person’s health. I’m pretty new to Norgate Dental and my two visits have been great. Setarea at the front desk greets me by name with a friendly smile. My hygienist, Kirsten, was the best I’ve experienced and I’m old lol. She explains everything and makes you feel so comfortable. She even took my blood pressure! Dr. Li has been knowledgeable & given me options for treatment. Very happy with this office!! 💜
Considering I was held up in traffuc due to an accident on the highway, I telephoned to say that I would be late and and to let them know how I was doing along the way. I arrived 20-25 minutes late for the appointment and they STILL let me in! The hygenist was very good and I was quit happy at how it went. I am highly satisfied with the staff.
