I went in for a bad tooth ache and Dr. Tracie was able to fix it immediately with a little root canal. This is the first root canal I’ve had, and I had heard horror stories about them but she made it as painless as possible. Also the hygienist Kate was very kind and did a quick yet thorough job. Lastly the front desk staff were also super friendly and helpful. I will continue to go to Northgate although it is far out of my way. 👍🏼
I had a fantastic experience at this dental office. The staff was friendly, the office was welcoming. My hygienist was incredibly thorough, used just the right pressure during the cleaning, and demonstrated excellent skill. I felt completely comfortable and well cared for. I’m grateful for their excellent work and highly recommend them!
Oh man. My appointment was in March but posting this now because I recently found out they claimed 30 min of scaling to my insurance... but the funny thing is my entire appointment took less than 15 minutes. Doubt I'd have found this out if I hadn't needed to go in for a separate hygienist appointment at a different dental clinic because I wasn't satisfied with how little time the doctor spent with me here. Everyone was nice, but I'd have been a lot happier if they claimed an honest amount to my insurance. Very disappointed... read more
Dr Tanaka and the team were awesome. Everything you could ask for and more. Would recommend to everyone to give this practice a try. You won’t regret it.
I’ve never liked going to the dentist until I came here. You guys are the best! The friendliest people and very knowledgable. Thank you for all you do! You’ve made such improvements to my dental health in just a year’s time.
