I suddenly developed a severe tooth pain. They fit me in and looked after it very quickly, even though my dentist was away. I've been a patient of this practice for over 40 years and have always been treated extremely well. The dentists and dental hygenists I have seen here are all very efficient always explain everything thoroughly, make their recommendations, and allow me the courtesy of deciding what I want done and when. Aa usual, the hygienist was extremely skilled and kind. She told me exactly what was happening, allowed for my breaks and encouraged me to take more if I needed them. And the greatest thing, she didn't talk through out the appointment! I guess I seem relaxed so all the hygienists want to talk off and on but it's really nice if they don't. Then the dentist took the time I needed to discuss a problem, even though an exam wasn't part of my treatment. Excellent all around!
Great service!! Staff was very friendly, talkative and attentive with care. They gave me great feedback about how I can take care of my teeth! They also send Happy Birthday emails lol. Have been coming here for many years, decades even. Although some of the faces have changed over time, I still have a great experience every time I go. I am always warmly welcomed upon arrival and am never kept waiting very long. The only thing that could make this place better is if they did direct billing to insurance.
