I was traveling through the area in an RV and experienced an abscessed tooth that was very painful. I checked with Northwest Dental and the staff went out of their way to resolve my issue. Dr. Jagvir Singh and his team were wonderful, very caring and skillfully extracted the infected tooth and fixed the problem. I was delighted by the entire team at Northwest Dental and greatly appreciate their excellent care.
Switched to this dentist recently, but wont be returning. Staff is nice, lovely people, but the prices are too high. was overcharged. They do not disclose that there prices are above the pei insurance threshold until its too late, then try and come after you with a huge bill after. I Have insurance that covers 80%, was told i was required to pay 30% as its considered "normal" when i have never been asked that by any other health clinic. 10/10 Staff and overall experience. I went in for a couple of fillings and it was such a clam experience. Zero pain during and after. Dr. McLean took the the time to explain all the procedures. I went in the following week for a cleaning and the Hygienist was fantastic. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process.
I was greeted by the friendly front desk team, Lisa and Sadie, who immediately made me feel welcome. The office was bright, clean, and inviting. My dental hygienist, Tailer, was excellent, and the dental assistant was equally kind and professional. Throughout my cleaning, they both took the time to check in and make sure I was comfortable. I have nothing but praise for this dental office it’s been a positive experience every time I’ve had an appointment. The staff are lovely , the clinic is spotless , first time in my lifetime I have enjoyed dentist appointments. A shout out to Amy for my cleaning yesterday so gentle in removing all plague on my teeth
