I love this clinic. All of the staff are professional and personable. You really feel part of the family there. Additionally, Dr Pite is amazing with adults and children AND invests in the newest technologies in dental care.
The staff at OakBay Dental are fantastic. I called as a new patient with an emergency and Meghan helped me to establish contact with Dr. Pite who adjusted his schedule slightly to permit me to come in soon after. When I arrived at the office the team quickly got me into a the dental chair and Dr. Pite and his assistant Ken immediately went to work to assess the problem and provide advice and support. The entire team were efficient and effective to resolve my flare up and I’d return anytime!
A regular cleaning- not my favourite pastime, but my experience was the most pleasant it could be. Care and attention was paid to my comfort at all times. Explanations given to techniques and instruments used. I think Oak Bay Dental goes above and beyond to provide physical and psychological comfort to their patients.
Dr Pite and his team are fantastic. The care and consideration they give to their patients is second to none. I would highly recommend anyone who has any issues with dental procedures to seek treatment at Oak Bay Dental.
I'm a big fraidy cat these days when it comes to the dentist. I did a lot of research to choose Dr. Pite and after my first appointment it was clear I chose well! He's such a lovely man with a staff of lovely people. No shaming, lots of kindness and compassion, and accommodations graciously provided for my comfort. I also really appreciated the air purifiers since COVID is still around. I won't say I'm excited to go back (I mean, who would be excited to go back to the dentist?!), but I will know I'm in safe hands.
