I had a great experience at Oakland Dental Clinic with Mae. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. She explained every step of the cleaning process in detail, which I really appreciated. She also has a very gentle touch, making the cleaning comfortable and stress-free. Thank you, Mae, for your excellent care and professionalism.
I am very nervous at the dentist in general. But here I felt very cared for and was in good hands. I also must share that I received the best hygienist dental teeth cleaning of my life here. Very happy with my experience. Thank you to Dr Girard and all the staff. I also noticed that great care was taken with many small details: decor, art, customer care, etc.
My last appointment at this clinic was at the beginning of the year. They were very kind to send me a reminder that it was time for a dental cleaning. Top notch professionals with good vibes in the office. Dr. Girard is a clear communicator as to what he's doing and why. Emily is amazing in her soft touch as a dental hygienist, and Brooke & VeAira are on top of all things paperwork-- including doing their best to deal with the Canadian Dental Care Plan! I'm a happy customer.
I needed some remedial dental work done this week. It wasn't an emergency, or even particularly urgent, but my schedule was tight and I wouldn't be able to schedule a regular appointment for almost two weeks. The people at Oaklands Dental understood this and squeezed me in for Dr. Girard to have a look. Rather than make me wait, Dr. Girard somehow managed to find the time to complete the repair.
