Dr. Singh was awesome reattaching an old cap that came loose. He explained that the cap was still in good shape and was quickly able to solve the issue. I was extremely impressed by how warm and professional he was. Thanks to Miriam for getting me in quickly. We continue to travel from Ladner to Burnaby for our dental work as they are the best.
Wonderful experience! My daughter was very scared at the beginning, but the doctor was so patient and gentle that she became calm and comfortable. We really appreciate the care and kindness. Highly recommended!
Last week I visited Dr. Singh for a chipped tooth, and he clearly explained what happened and walked me through all of my treatment options while giving referrals for relevant dental surgeon and endodontist. The dental assistant, Aastha, took my X-rays and was kind and patient enough to retake them as the first two results were blurry. I felt content with the diagnosis and was well-informed about possible treatment options. I would visit again for any needed care.
Dental work is seldom if ever enjoyable. But the team at Oakmount do their best to quell your uneasiness. You feel welcomed from the moment you enter as the reception team greets you with a smile and good morning. The Dr takes her time explaining her every dental step which makes you feel like you’re part of the experience just not a patient being operated on. I appreciate and applaud their caring nature and the work completed is always top notch.
Every person associated with the practise at oakmount dental has a right to give feedback and leave a review. My experience with the dentist has been horrible. Dr singh ends up insulting assistants in front of the patient which is very unethical and unprofessional at the same time.
