Dr. Zendig is absolutely incredible! Without a doubt the best dentist I've ever had. I've come for a cleaning and emergency appointment now, and both times, Dr. Zendig has done a wonderful job explaining what's going on with my teeth and the best steps to remedy the issues. He takes a very careful approach to dental work, only doing work when it needs to be done, and he's always open and honest about his recommendations. I render this low review due to the unethical billing practices I encountered during my initial evaluation. During the initial evaluation, the dental assistant claimed that my insurance would not cover 3D imaging needed to evaluate my condition. I have had this procedure done as part initial evaluation several times before choosing an implant practice and have never been charged for this procedure. I do not recommend this practice
Good service. I would like to add that Dr. Zendig was very attentive to my daughter when she has a dental emergency a few weekends ago. We are very grateful for his timely care.
Dr. Zendig is amazing! My husband had his wisdom teeth taken out at a different office and was in crippling pain for over a week. After getting in and talking with Dr. Zendig about the issues, he determined some imaging was necessary. Dr. Zendig was able to identify some root tips that were left behind from the surgery that was the cause of the pain. He referred us to Dr. Chai who got us in and taken care of within the hour.
