I love Oakwood Dental. Hygienist and doctors are very thorough, friendly and capable. They always go through all options with you when giving advice. The front office staff is friendly. You will be in good hands with the folks at Oakwood!
After going to Oakwood Dental for 10 years I am done. Dr. Zendeg and Kathy the hygienist are great but I don't feel I always got the best advice or diagnosis from Dr. Jones. My last visit he recommended replacing a crown so I scheduled but unfortunately the Nora virus hit my family and I called 23 hours before my appointment to cancel. There policy to cancel is 24 hours. The front desk person was not happy I was canceling and told me I would have to pay $50 but instead I got a bill for $100. I tried calling but no one wou... read more
Excellent service and the staff are very friendly and professional. Normally you don’t get much explanation on why things need to be done but the doctor definitely took the time to explain everything to me and why it’s important we get everything taken care of. Highly satisfied with my visit.
Dr Z is amazing. Very bright and incredibly caring. Last night my crown popped off, and Dr Z came in to fix it for me even though his office was closed for the day.
From the front desk, who always call to confirm and send reminders, to the hygienists, and the dentists. Everyone is great. Sara is my hygienist, and Dr. Zendig is my dentist. Both are knowledgeable, easy going, and explain things in a detailed yet easy to understand way. Highly recommend this practice!
