Had a lovely experience at this dentist. Everyone from the receptionist, dental hygienist to the dentist was super upbeat and really friendly. They worked with me to stay within my benefits cap and were really accommodating that I had to bring my baby too. Loved how caring and sweet the dental hygienist is, and receptionist has the best sense of humour. And the dentist had the LOVELIEST demeanor of any dentist Ive met. Thanks so much everyone (I'm sorry I'm so bad with names!)

I was looking for a new dentist and Dr. Shivji came highly recommended by my family. I’m glad I went because he is kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The entire team has also been wonderful. They have been super friendly and helpful from booking to scaling. Bonus point: the TV was a necessity I didn't know I needed. It made the scaling experience much quicker and bearable.

Dr. Shivji is amazing! He’s so patient, friendly and knowledgeable. He performed a tooth extraction and had impressions taken for future implants. His office is bright and white. The dental assistant is very helpful as well. I had a cleaning done as well which was also a good experience. The office is right off 130 ave with ample parking. There’s lots to do in the plaza while you wait for your loved ones.

Updated version: We never received an apology from the front desk. Additionally, when we informed them during our first and final visit on October 14th that we would be moving to another clinic, their response was a smiley emoji. I found that reply unnecessary and unprofessional. During my visit to the clinic, I overheard discriminatory terms being used in Filipino, such as chararat , which means “ugly.” These remarks were made in a laughing, insulting manner directed at others during work hours. Always a positive experience, considering no one enjoys visiting the dentist. Always great advice and helping talk through options. Em is great too, she’s a fun and bubbly person to have greeting you at the door. Thanks!
