Kelly is my Hygienist and Dr Lee is my Dentist at Oasis, for quite a few years now. Well my kids were little when we started going there and they are 17 and almost 20, so...a bit. Kelly is simply...a beautiful human being. Aside from here skills, gentleness and professionalism, she is so kind. He kindness before was wonderful and we would always chat, but after I lost my husband, her empathy was so natural and honest. She had some flowers sent to me. I can’t say enough good things about Oasis Family Dental Centre. I went in with extreme tooth pain, and they were able to see me the very next day to start a root canal. From the moment I walked in, everyone was over-the-top kind. The staff were incredibly friendly—not just to patients, but to each other—which really says a lot about the environment. My daughter’s first trip to the dentist today was awesome. The staff are very friendly and the hygienist explained everything to my 5 year old before doing anything and made sure she was comfortable. Her dentist Dr.Lee is amazing with children, we have found our new family dentist. I highly recommend this office as they are reassuring, confident, on time and take the time to make sure everyone is comfortable. Thanks so much for making our daughters first time not so scary.
I am a patient that needs more freezing than a typical dose, about 3 times more. I have had terrible experiences in the past at other dental offices. At Oasis Family Dental Centre the staff ensured I was frozen before starting their work of replacing a filling. Their patience was above and beyond. The freezing process took about 1 hour and the actual work took about 20 mins. The entire time the staff was gentle, patient and very caring. They made me feel safe and relaxed. I can't express how genuinely exceptional Oasis Family Dental Centre is. From the moment you arrive you are uplifted by the truly happy environment, both the staff and the decor. It's obvious the staff love working there and it's reflected and passed on to you. They go over and above to make sure your appointment is stress free and as enjoyable as going to a dentist can be!
