I can't express how genuinely exceptional Oasis Family Dental Centre is. From the moment you arrive you are uplifted by the truly happy environment, both the staff and the decor. It's obvious the staff love working there and it's reflected and passed on to you. They go over and above to make sure your appointment is stress free and as enjoyable as going to a dentist can be! My daughter’s first trip to the dentist today was awesome. The staff are very friendly and the hygienist explained everything to my 5 year old before doing anything and made sure she was comfortable. Her dentist Dr.Lee is amazing with children, we have found our new family dentist. I highly recommend this office as they are reassuring, confident, on time and take the time to make sure everyone is comfortable. Thanks so much for making our daughters first time not so scary.
Great staff and friendly environment, especially for kids! My 3-year-old absolutely loves the play area and, to my surprise, he always looks forward to his dental appointments. He’s never cried once, they always make sure he’s comfortable and relaxed. After our last visit, he couldn’t stop showing off his “white, clean teeth.” Honestly, I just appreciate how professional and welcoming the team at Oasis Family Dental Center is. Thank you guys!
When I called to start coming to Oasis, the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. She answered all of my questions and sent me the necessary paperwork to switch over. The hygienists are very friendly and personable. My dentist is very engaging and takes the time to explain and answer questions. I felt very comfortable throughout my appointment and left feeling positive.
I am a patient that needs more freezing than a typical dose, about 3 times more. I have had terrible experiences in the past at other dental offices. At Oasis Family Dental Centre the staff ensured I was frozen before starting their work of replacing a filling. Their patience was above and beyond. The freezing process took about 1 hour and the actual work took about 20 mins. The entire time the staff was gentle, patient and very caring. They made me feel safe and relaxed.
