I had such a great experience with Dr. Poulad and his team! I visited the clinic three times in September to fix several issues with my teeth, and I’m very happy with the results. Dr. Poulad is very skilled, gentle, and patient — he always makes sure I feel comfortable throughout the treatment. His team is also amazing, friendly, and professional. I have been a patient of Dr. Poulad for many years now. All the staff at the clinic are very kind and welcoming. Dr. Poulad is very skilled and caring, and takes the time to go over the procedure/options and address any questions/concerns. Dr.Pidzarko is the best. I’ve been seeing him for over 20 years even though the trip to his office is longer and less convenient than when I started going to him. He is so gentle with his procedures that I don’t even feel the freezing needle going in. I dread the day that he decides to retire. Oh, and the office has the most amazing built in aquarium.
I was a bit nervous about my appointment, but the team at Ocean Dental made the whole experience stress-free and comfortable. Dr. Chung, Andrea (dental assistant), and Navi (dental hygienist) were friendly, caring, and genuinely attentive, taking the time to explain every step clearly and make sure I felt at ease. Their careful, professional work and thoughtfulness really stood out. I highly recommend this clinic if you want dental care that’s skilled, kind, and reassuring.
I had emergency to remove a tooth due to severe infection caused by failed root canal done 15 years ago. I called sooo many dental clinics to find a doctor who can remove the tooth and do bone grafting on the same day. ONLY this clinic's receptionist ( Jamie) was patiently listening to my concerns and she helped me to find a doctor who can do the surgery in 2 days!!! She really cares about the patient!!
