Dr Poulad is amazing. He always has time for his patients and makes it so easy to want to see the dentist. He works around his patients needs and anxieties. I have always been nervous about dental work, but not any more. The entire team also works really well, from the check-in to the transfer to the chair and medical records, applying for insurance reimbursement. It’s all taken care of, and very smoothly. Never thought I'd say this, as I was nervous about having this done, but I had a very good experience with my crown procedure - from having my tooth reshaped, to a perfect colour match, to having the permanent one placed. Dr Chung and the hygienists were very professional and understanding to my preferences. I've seen all three dentists here, who have all done great work for my kids and myself. I highly recommend this dental clinic!
A few years ago my dentist retired , so I was looking for a decent dentist. I decided to make an appointment at Ocean dental . I ended up seeing Mr Becky ,he told me I needed a route canal and a crown on one tooth and some filling on a couple of other teeth. I had mentioned I had no insurance . So there was no discounts at all , they insisted full payments every visit .Anyway I got the rout canal done and also a crown, plus Some filling . It cost me thousands of dollars . I had such a great experience with Dr. Poulad and his team! I visited the clinic three times in September to fix several issues with my teeth, and I’m very happy with the results.
