Have been very happy with Ocean Dental for something like 15 years now. I was someone who very much avoided the dentist as I've had some poor experiences in the past. Ocean Dental have a fabulous office, all of the staff are kind and friendly. They've gotten me to a place where my dental health is fantastic and stays that way. Highly recommended!
My hygienist Vivek was very knowledgeable, explained the procedure clearly, checked in if I was comfortable and throughout the process was very pain-free and smooth. I couldn’t be more pleased with his care. I think I also met Andrea who is kind, friendly and very welcoming at my first visit. If you have extended health, although they charge you upfront, help submit the claim so it’s still very hands off and effortless on my part.
The office itself is clean and modern, creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients. Scheduling appointments is easy, and the staff is always accommodating. What truly sets Ocean Dental apart, though, is the genuine care they show for their patients' well-being. Their team go above and beyond to make each visit as pleasant as possible. Overall, I highly recommend Ocean Dental to anyone in need of dental care. They prioritize both oral health and patient comfort, making each visit a positive experience.
Considering I had a wisdom tooth extracted and another tooth with a very deep filling, it was painless and quick. I have been seeing Dr Beckie for 10 years, and all the staff at Ocean Dental are at the top of their game and compassionate. It does make going to the dentist an easier experience.
I love my new dental office! Staff are friendly and professional. I had a great cleaning from Vivek I didn’t need any gel to numb my sensitive gums thanks to his careful and gentle approach. The dentist was equally friendly and explained what he was doing when doing my annual dental exam. I always wondered what they looked for! I am really happy with this clinic, so happy I switched.
