I recently visited O’Connor Dental Centre for diagnostics and cleaning, along with my wife, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Dr Lam is an amazing dentist, professional, and efficient. She explains any procedure that is to be done. I have always had great experiences when dealing with the front desk or have had to call in with a dental emergency. Bonnie, my dental hygienist has always done a super job of cleaning my teeth with a gentle and caring approach. My dental care has been well looked after during the past 35+ years.
Dr. Eli did a good job on fixing my tooth. She did it very well, no pain, and absolutely amazing all throughout the process. She is very knowledgable compare to my previous dentist. The staff and even the receptionist is pleasant and very friendly. I can absolutely recommend their clinic! Nice people and good ambiance.
Wow… what an outstanding team. From the ladies at reception desk to Marina the hygienist and Eli our Dentist. Such pros. My 9yr old daughter was terrified at previous dentists. This team put her at ease and made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable for both of us. 💕
Come to this dentist if you like to be overcharged and essentially robbed. I was charged 80 dollars for a 5 min conversation about a chipped tooth. The dentist didn’t even look into my mouth let alone do an examination, I was astounded when I got to the front desk and was charged 80 dollars plus tax as someone with no insurance. Shame on this establishment for taking advantage of people.
