From showing up to when I left the staff were amazing. Christie at the front welcomed me and made me feel at ease right away. They explained everything in great detail ensuring I knew exactly what they were doing and seeing. Jen was amazing and flawless in her cleaning. Her chairside manor is next to none! Dr Michelle was professional and very thorough and made me feel calm and relaxed through the exam. Thank you and hats off to all of you!! I would for sure recommend them to friends and family.
I was recently in for a cleaning, check-up, and to get fitted for a mouth guard. The entire experience was outstanding! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr Kole, Faith and Tanya were all fantastic, I would give them 20 stars if I could! In an effort to get my dental back on track, I had two extractions that needed to be done prior. I didn’t anticipate having developed pretty significant dental anxiety (my last extractions were about 25 years ago), but the whole team made me feel so comfortable and it went as smoothly as could be! 100 percent recommend, and I feel better knowing I’m in great hands moving forward. I had an absolutely amazing experience at Ocudent Dental Clinic! They were able to get me in quickly and fix my crown in just two days. There was a small hiccup with the initial crown, so they put on a temporary one, but they did such an amazing job. They even gave me a blanket and let me watch my shark movies! I went to Occudent for the first time several months ago for a dental emergency and my experience was such that I have decided that I will use Occudent going forward.
