The employees at this establishment are so lovely to be around. I was unintentionally a few minutes late to one of my appointments (for reasons I won’t mention) and they were incredibly understanding. When I got there they took me right away with no issues. The building is also impressively clean and with a nice modern feel. It is a very relaxing environment, especially for someone who grew up having such a fear of the dentist haha. Anyway, I totally recommend you come here!
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Kole! He is incredibly gentle and kind, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit. I recently replaced my dental guard at Occident Dental. The service was friendly, efficient, and professional. They answered a variety of questions for me. The office is clean, bright and organized. My dental guard was ready for pick up in two weeks and fits perfectly. I was provided cleaning tips, products and tools. I do not hesitate in recommending them.
