The employees at this establishment are so lovely to be around. I was unintentionally a few minutes late to one of my appointments (for reasons I won’t mention) and they were incredibly understanding. When I got there they took me right away with no issues. The building is also impressively clean and with a nice modern feel. It is a very relaxing environment, especially for someone who grew up having such a fear of the dentist haha. Anyway, I totally recommend you come here!
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Kole! He is incredibly gentle and kind, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured I wasn’t experiencing any discomfort. Carmen (hygienist) was also excellent! She was friendly, professional, and very attentive, making sure I was comfortable during the cleaning. I've been going to Ocudent for over a year now and every experience with them has been brilliant! The front office staff are always so friendly and helpful (particularly the lady who works on the front desk). Becky is a fantastic and super easy to get along with hygienist, with great attention to detail! My teeth look and feel so much better after seeing her! I have been seeing Jennifer for over 10 years, and she has consistently provided exceptional care. She is professional, gentle, thorough, and always makes appointments feel comfortable and welcoming. The atmosphere in the office is always warm, calm, and maintained to a very high standard. The reception team is equally wonderful — friendly, organized, and consistently professional.
