If a visit to the dentist could ever be great it will be great here! It’s the only dentist office I’ve been to since returning to Alberta 8 years ago and they have always been amazing. From the moment I walk in, I am always treated with warmth, kindness, and professionalism. The office is modern, clean, and welcoming, making me feel at ease. Erin and Dr. Michelle were amazing during my appointment to have cavities filled. Both were very understanding of my anxiety with needles. I highly recommend this business. My later appointment for my cleaning was amazing, Carmen was not only gentle but very professional. Again highly recommend Ocudent!
I have seen several different dentist and hygienist at this office for years now. The standard of care is absolutely the most excellent I’ve seen. The assistive staff are cheerful and friendly and helpful .It’s actually a pleasure to come to the dentist in this situation. I trust the people who work here and like that they are putting the patient first and doing what’s best. I highly recommend this place to all of my friends and family.
Our family has been getting our dental work here for years. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. We've always had fantastic hygienists, gentle and patient. The dentists are also great, taking their time, explaining when asked, giving options and stopping as soon as anything gets uncomfortable to reassess or whatever is needed. We would easily recommend.
