Great experience. I’m very anxious and have always had a lot of anxiety and fear around going to the dentist. As such, by the time I force myself to go to one I’m usually in great pain and have a lot of work that needs to be done, which of course, is embarrassing and increases my anxiety exponentially. Dr. Yang is an excellent dentist. She works really hard to ensure that you get the care you need. Went the extra mile to help me when I was in a jam. The staff are pleasant and accommodating.
From the minute I walk in, to the minute I walk out, it’s an ongoing amazing experience. The professionalism, kindness and treatment is unmatched in London. I am truly and thoroughly impressed by the dentists, hygienists and staff at Old North Family Dentistry. I highly recommend this place to anyone settling for nothing less than exceptional! Kaeley did an excellent job, cleaning my teeth. It didn’t hurt at all! My teeth look and feel great. And through it all, she was professional, and warm and friendly.
