From the minute I walk in, to the minute I walk out, it’s an ongoing amazing experience. The professionalism, kindness and treatment is unmatched in London. I am truly and thoroughly impressed by the dentists, hygienists and staff at Old North Family Dentistry. I highly recommend this place to anyone settling for nothing less than exceptional! Never thought I’d ever say this but.. I LOVE going to the dentist!
Hi, as much as I love going to the dentist, lol I always have a very pleasant experience. The front desk staff are very friendly, and both dentists, both Dr. Kim and Dr. Yang are excellent, they minimize any pain and are always asking am I okay. I'm very impressed with them and the whole office.
kind, professional, personable, and gentle. they don’t push any unneeded treatments on you. very transparent about costs, and don’t give you a hard time over flossing habits!! (You should floss but they are understanding of impeding factors) this was my first appointment and it was 10/10.
Great Dentist - Dr Yang is the best dentist I have had - she ensures you are comfortable and is highly skilled! The entire team are excellent-front office & hygienists are friendly and professional. Communication & service has consistently been 5 star!!
If I could I would put 10 stars! I have been a patient for almost 5 years and it's been nothing but excellent service. On Monday though, I had to bring in a new patient - my baby boy. He displaced his tooth on Friday and even though it was after hours Louise called me back and arranged an appointment on Monday. She also followed up over the weekend. The visit was amazing. The doctor did the exam quickly and with minimal crying. I am thankful to the whole team with my whole heart!
