My cleaning and check up today were top notch. Heather always does the absolute best job and is so great to chat with . She is genuine and i always look forward to seeing her and having the cleanest teeth in town after visiting olds family dental !

Great and consistent service, minimal wait times, clean and nice office, amazing chairs that massage, and the staff are awesome. From the minute you walk and are greeted by the front desk staff, always friendly and gentle hygienists, and Dr Craven is excellent! Our whole family goes here and has for 20 plus years. Thank you Olds Family Dental!

The staff members were nice and I loved how Danielle kept a conversation while she was scaling my teeth. She is very nice! I would definitely come back here if I have the chance again! Great service and advice! :)

My last visit has led me to move my business elsewhere after being a client for 32 years. The dental assistant jammed a device in my mouth for an X-ray and caused great pain. When an issue came up with my Blue Cross coverage this assistant rudely and demeaningly kicked me out. I’ve had great jobs with great insurance, some at 100%, over the years but for about two years now the treatment from the staff here has been less than respectable. Dr Craven is an amazing dentist but I’ve had my last indignation from some of the poor ... read more

Once again, I had a great experience here at my regular cleaning appointment. I see the same hygienist repeatedly and am completely comfortable having my oral health needs served here. I recommend this place highly.
