One dental is the most modern office in town. The second we walk in the door the team welcomes us with a big smile. The dental assistants are very knowledgeable and welcoming as well. Having an aversion to the dental experience, a friend recommended One Dental to me. They assured me this place would be different. Because it had been a number of years since I visited a dentist, I booked an exam and teeth cleaning. Both experiences were very positive for me. A great level of professionalism, care and understanding from each person I spoke with. I already have my next cleaning booked! Five stars
My son just had a tooth extraction, and I couldn’t be more impressed with Dr. Don MacRae. He is incredibly competent, fun, and engaging—he made the whole experience so positive. One Dental is more than a dentist office, it’s a place of community and fun! Our daughter was once anxious about the dentist but now actually enjoys her visits. Dr. McRae and his staff are not only professional but kind and supportive. This office offers a one of a kind experience like no other dentist could compete with. I brought my 3-year-old daughter to One Dental in Kelowna yesterday for an urgent, last-minute appointment, and they got us in right away. Dr. Don was absolutely amazing—kind, gentle, and so great with kids. He made my daughter feel comfortable and cared for, which is no easy feat at the dentist!
