Incompetent doctors, two different doctors told me completely different information, one said that I need to pull out a wisdom tooth, the other said that it is not necessary. The doctor who treats my teeth at the appointment was nervous and angry. At the end of the procedure, he left the office and did not even say goodbye. They told me that I need two appointments to treat the tooth, and to pay overprice for the entire treatment. My dentist, Dr. Ali is very friendly and provides excellent and speedy service to my dental problem with very thorough explanation of the situation and the options. I will definitely recommend his service and One Dental to my friends. Great service and great friendly staff too.
I have been going to this dentist office for over 35 years. When my original dentist retired I was thinking of going somewhere closer to home, but after my last couple of visits I am convinced that it is still worth the drive across the city. The hygienists are friendly and thorough. The dentists take the time to listen to your concerns and they don't recommend treatment unless it is really necessary.
The staff here are wonderful! Always smiling and friendly. Thomas was so great with my 9 year old boy today. Took his time and chatted with him about soccer. Aj at the front is awesome! Always accommodating and helpful. I'm so glad I switched to One Dental last year. They have the best hours as well, evening appts! So no taking time off work. It's great!
I received the royal treatment from this clinic. I am terrified of needles & with the numbing they gave me for the cleaning and the extractions. I felt no pain what so ever. After my first visit I was reluctantly looking forward to my follow up appointment. I would highly recommend the ONE DENTAL to everyone. They are true professionals and THANK YOU.
