Always a pleasant visit, been going to Orchard Park Dental since I was in high school. The receptionists always keep you up to date with appts, and what your insurance covers. They also answer any of your questions. My hygienist is always pleasant and make sure I'm comfortable during cleanings and check ups.

The staff at the Orchard Park Dental is really friendly, kind and organised. Dr. Jose in particular is absolutely fantastic. He is very friendly, and thorough, but then he also explains everything and provides sound advice. Extra brownie points for always going above and beyond to make his patients heard and making them as comfortable as possible. I just regret not coming to him sooner!! I called in to see if I can get checked today and I was very happy the clinic accommodated me. I did request for Dr. Jose and he was very nice. I did say that as a child then, I was scared of dentists. So he and, I forgot her name (the Japanese lady), made sure I was comfortable and was well taken care of. Dr. Jose also explained to me my situation, the probable cause and what I should do after the visit. Overall, it was a great experience!

I came in to get my teeth cleaned and some minor cosmetics done. My hygienist was very thorough and was able to remove 7 years worth of built of calcified plaque without mutilating my gums and was completely pain free! The dentist and his assistant we’re amazing and came up with a personal plan for the longevity of the health of my teeth and were able to fix some minor cosmetic implications at the same time to further prevent any long term damage down the road. I got my root canal here. It was done smoothly by Dr. Jose Quintana who was very informative and will really make you feel comfortable, and Abby was very kind & caring. And with the accomodating & friendly receptionist. Finally giving a painless experience. Thank you and keep up the good work!
