I gave 3 because I didn't get a chance to actually visit this clinic. First of all, they don't do direct billing. They cannot provide an estimate or confirm how much benefits will cover (for new patients?). I get it, you need to know what will actually happen during my appointment. But it's risky to me to see the dentist without knowing how much it will cost. Simple cleaning and check up could be $$$. I asked if she could work around (I had done this with other dentists and had no problem), but she said nope.
It’s an exciting change. The merging of practices to a new location in a vibrant community. A loyal customer of over 50 years to this practice, always five star service. Congratulations on the move.

Dr. Craig Young is one of the most caring dentists we've been blessed to know. He takes time to genuinely listen to you when discussing your dental issues, often as related to your health issues, and move you along a healthy dental path and educating us in the process. Dr. Craig Young and the staff at Orijin Dentistry are superb. I have been going to Dr. Young for more than 25 years and have always been impressed by the quality of the work and the level of service. Dr. Young is very professional, up to date and active in advocating for patient overall health.
