I visited the clinic for a routine dental cleaning and my experience was excellent. All of the staff were extremely kind, friendly and courteous. My teeth were cleaned very thoroughly and the dental professional who performed the cleaning was highly skilled and professional. She thoughtfully explained each step before proceeding, which allowed me to feel prepared and comfortable throughout the appointment. First of all, I LOVE the new place and location! It has more open space to relax in the reception area. The rooms are more private and well lighted and most of all Tanya is just amazing!!! My teeth feel so clean every visit and loving the new ozone water they use in this facility too-which means healthy benefits for us patients! The staff are so friendly and helpful as always. I always look forward to my next visit as I know I am truly looked after with my oral health.
Every thing was great - appointment started right on time. The hygienist was fast and very competent. The office was well set up and comfortable and the staff very friendly. The dentist was the same efficient person I have known over many years.
I had my 1st appointment here and left feeling ...excited? I have yet to do any actual dental work but had my assessment and cleaning done. This is the 1st time I was included in what was happening and most importantly... I didn't feel judged. The dental assistant gets a gold star. The hygienist gets a gold star (particularly for the fact I had my 1st pain free experience). The admin who did the billing also gets a gold star! Dr. Novak is very friendly, caring and professional. I never worried about any discomfort at all. The Front Desk Reception is fabulous funny and friendly. Only one negative comment, I found the price for an examination a bit high.
