Always a great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. My hygenist is the best! The new office is fantastic. And of course my dentist, the most amazing man! He doesn't hesitate to take time to explain things. I hope he never retires. Thanks Craig and the staff for making my visits unscary and painless.
After having a really traumatic experience with a dentist as a kid, I avoided seeing any for over 15 years. I met Craig Young in 2007 attending a seminar together and right away knew he was different as he really is someone of service. He would be my dentist when I was ready. Dr. Young is a very knowledgeable person and is always happy to share his knowledge. All of the staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, also willing share what they know. Being a patient here has helped more than just my dental health. I would recommend this office to anyone especially if you have stubborn health issues you can’t figure out. It probably starts with your teeth.
Their location is within a block from bus stops. Saw the Hygienist. Friendly and made sure I was comfortable for the whole time. Noticed something and let the dentist know. Setting up follow up was easy. Dentist also made sure I was comfortable and to let him know if at any time I was feeling pain above the expected. This was the first time I had Laser-Dentistry. So nice to not have the freezing and numbness regular fillings would require. Highly recommended!
I had my 1st appointment here and left feeling ...excited? I have yet to do any actual dental work but had my assessment and cleaning done. This is the 1st time I was included in what was happening and most importantly... I didn't feel judged. The dental assistant gets a gold star. The hygienist gets a gold star (particularly for the fact I had my 1st pain free experience). The admin who did the billing also gets a gold star!
