I’m very disappointed with my experience with this dental office. I had not received any communication from them since February 2024 regarding a small balance $180 that I owed. Then, out of nowhere in December 2025—almost two years later—I received a letter stating that they were sending my account to collections and that this was their “final notice.” When I called to speak with the manager, they confirmed that they had no record showing any successful communication with me since that date. As someone who since childhood has always had nothing but bad experiences going to the dentist. Since finding the smile center I have had only positive experiences to the point where I don't even stress or worry when making an appointment anymore. 100% will continue to go to them and only them.
Smile center is an amazing dental center with amazing staff, they are very polite, and make you very comfortable during procedures. Amazing place, amazing work and amazing staff, I highly recommend Smile center for your dental needs
I didnt mind the actually dentist and back staff. But the front staff messed up 2 appointments and blame the customer. Tuesday at 12:58 they send out an auto message for an appointment for Wednesday at 5:00. I call in at 12:59 and say yes to the appointment. Show up Wednesday at 4:50 and I was told my appointment was for Thursday at 5:00. This is the 2nd time that my family has taken time off work to arrive at appointments that were not scheduled.
