As someone who since childhood has always had nothing but bad experiences going to the dentist. Since finding the smile center I have had only positive experiences to the point where I don't even stress or worry when making an appointment anymore. 100% will continue to go to them and only them.
Finally found a great place for my family. Everyone is so nice and my kids are so comfortable here. Tracy went above and beyond for my autistic son to help With his anxiety and he sat perfectly and peacefully getting his teeth cleaned. 100% recommend this place.
I didnt mind the actually dentist and back staff. But the front staff messed up 2 appointments and blame the customer. Tuesday at 12:58 they send out an auto message for an appointment for Wednesday at 5:00. I call in at 12:59 and say yes to the appointment. Show up Wednesday at 4:50 and I was told my appointment was for Thursday at 5:00. This is the 2nd time that my family has taken time off work to arrive at appointments that were not scheduled. My dentist Dr Shannon is very great. She has fit me in last minute before and really is very great . Quick and efficient. I think its to be mindful more for the assistant yes you have to see inside the mouth and open wide but cant be renching to hard with the suction; next time I feel I will say something because you can dislocated or injure someones jaw not being mindful . It is someones mouth that is attached to their face.
