I’m very disappointed with my experience with this dental office. I had not received any communication from them since February 2024 regarding a small balance $180 that I owed. Then, out of nowhere in December 2025—almost two years later—I received a letter stating that they were sending my account to collections and that this was their “final notice.” When I called to speak with the manager, they confirmed that they had no record showing any successful communication with me since that date. As someone who since childhood has always had nothing but bad experiences going to the dentist. Since finding the smile center I have had only positive experiences to the point where I don't even stress or worry when making an appointment anymore. 100% will continue to go to them and only them.
Finally found a great place for my family. Everyone is so nice and my kids are so comfortable here. Tracy went above and beyond for my autistic son to help With his anxiety and he sat perfectly and peacefully getting his teeth cleaned. 100% recommend this place.
