Dr. Shannon was amazing! Had a permanent retainer wire come loose and she helped me quickly readhesive it and I was good to go without any other questions. They also gave me the best rate (by far) out of the 5 Orillia clinics I called and I can say they also have the best receiptionist. Would highly recommend seeing Dr. Shannon for any teeth issues for friendly and professional service from everyone involved!

I’m very disappointed with my experience with this dental office. I had not received any communication from them since February 2024 regarding a small balance $180 that I owed. As someone who since childhood has always had nothing but bad experiences going to the dentist. Since finding the smile center I have had only positive experiences to the point where I don't even stress or worry when making an appointment anymore. 100% will continue to go to them and only them.
Smile center is an amazing dental center with amazing staff, they are very polite, and make you very comfortable during procedures. Amazing place, amazing work and amazing staff, I highly recommend Smile center for your dental needs
