I had an appointment April 23rd and then April 30th. They only sent an email on July 17th to say I owed $135 dollars because one of my insurances didn't go through and that I owed them $135 but had they sent the email or contacted me as soon as it was denied, I would have only owed them $56.80 but they waited after the 61/90 day period to send me an email invoice! From the lovely ladies at the front, to the caring dental assistants, and the awesome Dr. Bhatia, my experience here was excellent! Everyone was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for quality dental care!
I cannot thank that wonderful lady at the front I think Kelly. I was beyond anxious to arrange the appointment not even going in yet and she spoke me through what to expect. When I got there ,Dr Bhatia was so incredibly kind. She talked to me about the entire procedure before and during it happening. Im not excited to go again but I know that I’ll be supported during the whole process of appointment.
For the first time ever I can say I love going to the dentist. I always have amazing care given to me here and the staff have amazing positive energy and super sense of humour. Best place ever. Quality care. I would recommend going here.
