I’ve been going to Queensway Dental for decades and have always had great service. The team is consistently professional, friendly, and makes every visit a positive experience. Jenna, in particular, is always very kind and professional. She takes the time to make people feel comfortable and adds to the overall welcoming atmosphere of the office. Highly recommend.
I’ve been a patient here for over 20 years, and Christine, the hygienist, is truly exceptional. Every visit with her is comfortable, thorough, and never rushed. She’s incredibly gentle, detail-oriented, and always takes the time to explain what she’s doing and share helpful tips in a calm, friendly way. I even fall asleep sometimes. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes real pride in her work. Christine makes going to the dentist a consistently positive experience.
Love the energy of the place. They manage all for you. They even found a hairline crack on my tooth that the other dentist didn't catch as brand new patient. They fixed it right away. The deep cleaning was done urgently as well. My old dentist had there staff cry as the dentist was rude. They use to call me all the time during the day about my son who is 25 almost. Showed up for my appointment and Dental Assistant was ready and waiting. I have been with Christine as my prefered DA for 20 years or more. She is like family. Friendly and always explaining what she is doing in the procedures. The retirement transition from Dr Lee has been pretty much seamless for me. Great staff and always a pleasure to be a guest in their modern offices. Thank you for your dedicated attention to my dental healthcare. Our family and friends echo the same sentiments!
I love this dental clinic. I’ve been going to this clinic for over 20 years, even before it relocated to the new office and I would recommend it to everyone! Dr. Chen, Dr. Nguyen and their staff are wonderful. The laughter in this office makes you forget you are at the dentist and the care provided is excellent! Who knew going to the dentist could be so much fun?
