I’ve been a patient here for over 20 years, and Christine, the hygienist, is truly exceptional. Every visit with her is comfortable, thorough, and never rushed. She’s incredibly gentle, detail-oriented, and always takes the time to explain what she’s doing and share helpful tips in a calm, friendly way. I even fall asleep sometimes. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes real pride in her work. Christine makes going to the dentist a consistently positive experience.
I've been to this dental center a few times lately, and honestly, it's been great. Dr. Chen really saved the day with an urgent issue I had. Then last Friday, Louise took care of my full X-rays and deep cleaning—she was awesome. Super professional, patient, and actually explained everything clearly. She did an incredible job, and I'd definitely recommend this dental center.
Showed up for my appointment and Dental Assistant was ready and waiting. I have been with Christine as my prefered DA for 20 years or more. She is like family. Friendly and always explaining what she is doing in the procedures. The retirement transition from Dr Lee has been pretty much seamless for me. Great staff and always a pleasure to be a guest in their modern offices. Thank you for your dedicated attention to my dental healthcare. Our family and friends echo the same sentiments!
Queensway dental was an excellent experience. The dentist, the hygenist and dental assistant were very professional and friendly. Did great work. Same can be said for the front desk office staff. Very friendly informative and know how to successfully implement ones dental insurance coverage seamlessly. I'm very happy to be with Queensway Dental.
Always excellent service. Jenna, the Hygienist is an expert in her field. She is gentle, calm and attentive. The Reception Staff are friendly and courteous. Thank you for a comfortable visit to the office for my dental cleaning.
