I’ve been coming here for a while—since Dr. Lee was still the owner—and always had great experiences. However, my last visit under the new ownership was completely different. A few months ago, I went in for a routine cleaning and was suddenly told I had a cavity and needed to book a filling right away. I decided to get a second opinion at a different dentist, and they confirmed that I had no cavities at all
The staff are always very friendly, professional and efficient. My teeth cleanings go great, pain free, and Dr Lee (now retired) even did two fillings/repairs very quickly and without freezing (not needed because he knew exactly what he was doing and was very gentle) - I’m glad to have switched to this clinic!
After trying several dental clinics, QUEENSWAY is now my go-to dental clinic-The team is amazing, good customer service. Cristina and the lady I spoke with were super helpful and accomodating. They even managed to fit me in for an appointment on the same day- I had a tooth break. Thank you.
I always have a good experience when I have my teeth clean with Christine. Very nice that the receptionist always take time to greet you on your way in & out. There is such a wonderful atmosphere in that office.
Dental hygienist that I saw recently is second to none - she is very efficient in doing the cleaning, recommending tips to better my dental health, accommodating and friendly which serves to lessen any anxiety that one may have in going in for a dental cleaning! The dental hygienist remembered that I have neck issues and always has a soft pad to place in the crook of my neck which reduces neck pain when having the cleaning done- very thoughtful and considerate!
