Been a customer at Orleans Town Centre Dental for 20+ years. Always 100% satisfied with all services. Its a bit of a drive for myself but I will remain a loyal customer. Highly recommend them . A special nod to Sylvie, great service
My experience was horrible. A simple tooth repair ended up with a serious cut to my inner check. Sever pain and extreme swelling ended up with a return visite after my husband called many times to request assistance and or a return visit for help but wouldn't receive any answer or return call. however I only received a prescription of a pain remover that did nothing. Consequently I had to see a doctor in the evening for a prescription of a proper pain reliever. I also have not received any calls to find out how I am doing... read more
This is the best dental clinic in Orléans, Ontario. The staff make the patients feel most welcome and we feel treated like family which is rare in this day and age. The dentist is very detail oriented and provides excellent dental care. The hygienist if extremely thorough in her cleaning of our teeth and the receptionist is an amazingly caring young woman. This time front desk reception ladies was attentive, very courteous and helpful. Dr. Marie Claude is an excellent Dentist. She did not rush and took her time to make sure that procedure and results was perfect in filling with the lab created piece for my upper tooth. I am happy. Me and my wife will remain her patient.
Every visit to Town Centre is like coming home. From the moment, I walk through the door, I am greeted by friendly, caring professionals. Dr. Lepage is extremely professional, answers all my questions and my concerns. I highly recommend this practice.
