I can't sing more praise for this dental office. From reception to dental hygienists and dentist, the service is exceptional, and the price is right. The hygienists are gental, always, no matter who you get. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Same goes for the Dentist. I appreciate the bilingual service, and last but not least: I love that I can trust the recommendations of work needing done or not. There is no extra "work" suggested that never really needed to be done. I recommend 10/10
I have been going there for years. Everyone there is very kind and professional. Dr. Lepage is an excellent dentist who takes her time. She explains everything she is doing and does all she can to make her patients as comfortable as possible. Kristie is an awesome hygienist who also takes her time, explains what she is doing and makes you as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this dental office.
My gum surgery appointment got postponed because the plate they made did not fit despite their scan of mouth. Thus, I took corticoïdes and antibiotics for nothing. And overall I did not really felt reassured by the doctor as a patient during this appointment. Admin staff was good. Now I count on them to do a perfect job when I go back for my surgery! And hopefully this will turn into a 5 stars!
Been a customer at Orleans Town Centre Dental for 20+ years. Always 100% satisfied with all services. Its a bit of a drive for myself but I will remain a loyal customer. Highly recommend them . A special nod to Sylvie, great service
My family and I have been customers of this dental center for over 20 years. In the past few years we have noticed a decline in the quality of work and customer care. In my most recent visit, the receptionist was quite rude when I inquired about a charge on my bill. The dental hygienist had an unprofessional tone as well. I will give this familiar place one more opportunity before taking my business elsewhere.
