Dr. Dick was awesome with me. He gave me honest and professional advice. Chris at the front desk was awesome to deal with. If you have any problems with your teeth come see these group of dentists.
The entire team is friendly, professional, and attentive to patient needs. I have a mouth prone to developing oral lesions, and they've shown it is a priority to minimize any risk of oral trauma, even checking that I have medication on hand for post appointment issues. They've also addressed any issue or requests of mine with a thorough explanation of any treatment options available.
It’s been a while (don’t want to admit how long 😂) since my last dental cleaning. The whole Otara Dental team - from front desk to dentist - were AMAZING during my first appointment with them today! They all went above and beyond to made me feel comfortable, safe and welcomed. The option of enjoying a heated massage chair and warmed blanket was the cherry on the cake! Almost spa like! Crazy awesome! 🦷♥️
Incredible place. I have been highly anxious going to dentists after poor experiences as a child. After a few appointments at Otara my anxiety has drastically reduced... I even eagerly book appointments every 6 months now (and so does my spouse). They are so patient and gentle. The place is clean and high tech. They are understanding about insurance coverage and I often ask what I will be covered for before hand so I have the option of this or that.
