It’s been a while (don’t want to admit how long 😂) since my last dental cleaning. The whole Otara Dental team - from front desk to dentist - were AMAZING during my first appointment with them today! They all went above and beyond to made me feel comfortable, safe and welcomed. The option of enjoying a heated massage chair and warmed blanket was the cherry on the cake! Almost spa like! Crazy awesome! 🦷♥️
All the staff at Otara are incredible! Dr. Jessica is absolutely amazing with kids, and our children LOVE going to the dentist! The clinic is spotless and a very welcoming environment. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a dentist.
Incredible place. I have been highly anxious going to dentists after poor experiences as a child. After a few appointments at Otara my anxiety has drastically reduced... I even eagerly book appointments every 6 months now (and so does my spouse). They are so patient and gentle. The place is clean and high tech. They are understanding about insurance coverage and I often ask what I will be covered for before hand so I have the option of this or that. It was my first time coming to this clinic and all the staff were super nice and welcoming! Dr. Jessica is very knowledgeable and kind. She and Diana made me feel very comfortable. Shelbie was my hygienist and did a great job. I will definitely be back!
I returned to Otara after going somewhere closer to work/home for a few years. My visit was excellent. The cleaning was very thorough and comfortable and Dr. Jessica was great. Was very careful of her assessment of a minor issue I was having and gave lots of good tips. I will be staying here now matter where I work/live.
