Incredible place. I have been highly anxious going to dentists after poor experiences as a child. After a few appointments at Otara my anxiety has drastically reduced... I even eagerly book appointments every 6 months now (and so does my spouse). They are so patient and gentle. The place is clean and high tech. They are understanding about insurance coverage and I often ask what I will be covered for before hand so I have the option of this or that. It was my first time coming to this clinic and all the staff were super nice and welcoming! Dr. Jessica is very knowledgeable and kind. She and Diana made me feel very comfortable. Shelbie was my hygienist and did a great job. I will definitely be back!
I returned to Otara after going somewhere closer to work/home for a few years. My visit was excellent. The cleaning was very thorough and comfortable and Dr. Jessica was great. Was very careful of her assessment of a minor issue I was having and gave lots of good tips. I will be staying here now matter where I work/live.
I was visiting family in St. Albert and needed dental care. Dr. Jessica Mcallister and her assistant were outstanding in their care and treatment. They were empathetic, professional and informative. Dr. Mcallister sent a detailed report of the dental issue that she diagnosed to my dentist in Calgary who was highly impressed with her work. If I lived in St. Albert, Otara Dental would be my clinic of choice. I highly recommend them.
