Had a cleaning from Laura. She did an amazing job and has a warm and very friendly personality. Definitely coming back! Dr. Landau was also able to give me a scan for a mouthguard to avoid clenching my teeth on the same day. He explained thoroughly my TMJ issues and how the jaw joints function, along with sone video demonstrations. Great experience. Highly recommend!
It's a good feeling when you look forward to seeing the hygentist, Mousa, is just fantastic and easy to talk with. I'm very comfortable and relaxed when I go to dentist. The experience starts with the people at the front desk. They're all very nice and professional. Dr Landau is an amazing dentist. Friendly, educated and helpful staff. My first time there and everyone was wonderful. The appointment was very informative and efficient. I was taken great care of. I have been to many different dental offices and this was a wonderful experience especially for someone who gets nervous at the dentist.
Our first time at Ottawa Dentistry. Only a cleaning thsi time so just a short check by the dentist no work done by him. hygienist was very good. She was gentle with her cleaning. Only reason for not scoring a 5 was the front desk. Very unfriendly and did not provide us with a complete bill. We will return but be more watchful of teh front desk staff to make sure they get things correct.
Clinic scheduled a follow up appoint without clearly informing me! I had an appointment last May. When I paid at the front desk, nothing was mentioned about additional charges or future appointments. They told me they usually reschedule for six months later, and I mentioned that I might not be in Ottawa in December. In December, I received three messages asking me to confirm an appointment on the 5th, but I did not confirm any of them.
