Appointment went very well. Got to business right away and worked thoroughly for 3 straight hours. I was very impressed with Dr Kreisman and his assistant's skills and their communication with me during the whole procedure. I will definitely be using his services again. Thank you very much
Our dentist of over 25 years retired recently and we moved to a new dentists office in the same building, same floor . Some of the original staff also moved to the new location. Keeping things familiar certainly helped our transition. The only negative part of this experience was now having to pay for parking. Other than that were are fine with the change.
Had a cleaning from Laura. She did an amazing job and has a warm and very friendly personality. Definitely coming back! Dr. Landau was also able to give me a scan for a mouthguard to avoid clenching my teeth on the same day. He explained thoroughly my TMJ issues and how the jaw joints function, along with sone video demonstrations. Great experience. Highly recommend!
Went in after my dentist had joined and when I went in I had an appointment for a filling which they would not do. When a new xray was done ( which wasn’t requested) they said a root canal with a crown or a double tooth removal was all that could be done, and on a different day because they didn’t have the time for my problem. When I asked to speak to my dentist I was told no and that they had retired with the office not telling me. Safe to say that this place is looking for upcharges and not for your best interest. It's a good feeling when you look forward to seeing the hygentist, Mousa, is just fantastic and easy to talk with. I'm very comfortable and relaxed when I go to dentist. The experience starts with the people at the front desk. They're all very nice and professional. Dr Landau is an amazing dentist. I've never had a dentist that can freeze an area and I don't feel the needle or the freezing that he's pushing in. Never have a sore mouth and his work is always perfect.
