Appointment went very well. Got to business right away and worked thoroughly for 3 straight hours. I was very impressed with Dr Kreisman and his assistant's skills and their communication with me during the whole procedure. I will definitely be using his services again. Thank you very much
Our dentist of over 25 years retired recently and we moved to a new dentists office in the same building, same floor . Some of the original staff also moved to the new location. Keeping things familiar certainly helped our transition. The only negative part of this experience was now having to pay for parking. Other than that were are fine with the change.
I really appreciate that Dr. Mhatre takes the time to explain everything, is very kind, and ensures that patients are comfortable. It makes it a lot easier to go to the dentist! I don't dread dental appointments like I used to, and they are no longer painful. Highly recommend!
Went in after my dentist had joined and when I went in I had an appointment for a filling which they would not do. When a new xray was done ( which wasn’t requested) they said a root canal with a crown or a double tooth removal was all that could be done, and on a different day because they didn’t have the time for my problem. Ottawa Dentistry's office was very warm and welcoming. My dental hygienist, Laura, was amazing. She was very calm and soft-spoken, talking through every step along the way so I knew what to expect. I'm not nervous at the dentist, but if I were her demeanor would be incredibly helpful. I had a slight wait to see Dr. D, but his dental assistant stayed and chatted with me the entire time, and was so personable.
