Had a root canal done here and the experience was excellent. The dentist was very professional, explained each step clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the clinic felt clean and modern. The procedure was much easier than I expected, and I really appreciated how smoothly everything went. Highly recommend!
My experience at Ottawa Dentistry was excellent. I went for a cleaning. The technician was gentle yet efficient. My doctor popped in to check on the healing of a bone graft and healing well. He discovered a new cavity that will need to be dealt with. My only complaint was the chair had poor neck support. The technician brought a cushion that solved that problem. Thanks August 20. Had a filling with DR. D. He was fast, the procedure painless. Top marks to the team.
It was great to have two dentists work on me. I had a cracked tooth and I had a cleaning. Both were pleasurable. I also have to thank the people at the dentist who sent me HAPPY BIRTHDAY wishes!!! Much appreciated!!!!
Everything was fabulous! Dr. Landau and his staff, including the technicians, are wonderful. I’ve been to many great dentists, but Dr. Landau took it up a notch! He did bonding on my tooth without the need for freezing, and it looks perfect. I often require adjustments, but this was the first time a treatment was done to perfection on the first try and no pain at all! He also took all the time I needed to answer my questions. I highly recommend Dr. D. & his team. He's thoroughly explains the process in advance & my in home care procedures as related to my surgery. Other than some minor gum discomfort my overall experience was very positive
