Always punctual, courteous service. Dr. Landau takes the time to discuss and explain things. The dental hygienist meticulous, gentle when doing her work. Great automated system to provide appointment reminders. I've been a client there for over 20 and I can't think of one bad thing to say.
Extremely careful and informative! I am always presented with options, for long and short term solution. One of the few dentist that make you feel at home once you sit in the chair! Great service. I have a phobia of dentists but Dr Kreisman and his team are friendly and accommodating. I had several fillings to replace plus I needed a crown for a dental implant and everything went smoothly and painlessly. I definitely recommend them.
Been with Ottawa Dentistry for a couple years now and have always received great service, advice, and treatment! Always feel comfortable and taken care of by Dr Landau and his team of hygienists! Admin staff are also kind, quick and accommodating. Highly recommend!
