Our dentist of over 25 years retired recently and we moved to a new dentists office in the same building, same floor . Some of the original staff also moved to the new location. Keeping things familiar certainly helped our transition. The only negative part of this experience was now having to pay for parking. Other than that were are fine with the change.
I am a patient at Ottawa Dentistry because I chose to follow my dental hygienist, Laura. She is soft-spoken and has a gentle approach when cleaning my teeth. She is careful with the positioning, but firm enough with the instruments to remove the buildup effectively. The front desk staff are calm, friendly, and welcoming. They seem to enjoy their work, which makes for a pleasant atmosphere. Thank you, Stéphanie Comeau 😁✌️
From start to finish, the staff were personable and professional and all knew my name. My new hygienist met me in the waiting area within minutes. Milijana was highly skilled, meticulous and thorough, professional and personable. I will be meeting my new dentist at the next visit since Dr. Shanahan has retired.
I really appreciate that Dr. Mhatre takes the time to explain everything, is very kind, and ensures that patients are comfortable. It makes it a lot easier to go to the dentist! I don't dread dental appointments like I used to, and they are no longer painful. Highly recommend!
Ottawa Dentistry's office was very warm and welcoming. My dental hygienist, Laura, was amazing. She was very calm and soft-spoken, talking through every step along the way so I knew what to expect. I'm not nervous at the dentist, but if I were her demeanor would be incredibly helpful.
