I find that they gave good service but I think they over charge of service for scaling in my mind. It is obviously, hard to evaluate how much service you need to scaling but I think the last 2 times were a bit of a cash grab as they went over my insurance coverage and I got dinged. I've haven't had this issue at other dental clinics... 3 and a half units for I would say not a lot of time of cleaning. Dr Watker has given our family exceptional service for years. The hygienists, his assistant and the receptionists are similarly exceptional in the care, attention they display.
Kim the dental technician was expertly proficient, competent, and professional. She provide much helpful and appreciated advice with my daily dental routine. It was clear she greatly enjoyed working with and helping patients.
Zeina was so pleasant and Professional! She explained each step of the cleaning process and made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain at all times. She took time to give me feedback and advice to improve my oral hygiene. Thank you!
