Got my invisaligners done here in 2008, and part of the the package was to ensure that my teeth got thoroughly fixed, meaning if the aligners needed to be replaced to ensure the proper straightening of my teeth, it would be done. This is Cristina and I’m writing here because I know the owner reads this messages and I did not confront the receptionist.. Very disappointing experience. They did a procedure on my tooth no. 45 without ever checking with my insurance whether it was covered, so I ended up paying out of pocket. When I asked why they hadn't verified coverage first, the receptionist turned it around on me — said I should have asked beforehand, and even asked if I was expected to keep track of my own filling history. Went in for a cleaning and found that the entire staff was super friendly. My hygienist Kim was great! She was so thorough and gave me an excellent dental cleaning. She is very friendly and chatted with me the whole time which I truly enjoyed. We just moved to Ottawa and are pleased to have just found our new dental office here!
The entire process of enrolling as a new patient, to completing my initial appointment, was seamless. The entire staff from start to finish were very friendly and knowledgeable. My hygienist was very kind, and made sure to thoroughly explain each step of what she was doing, and why. I felt very well informed leaving my appointment. My dentist was very professional and was more than happy to sit with me and answer any questions I had, which I really appreciated.
