Got my invisaligners done here in 2008, and part of the the package was to ensure that my teeth got thoroughly fixed, meaning if the aligners needed to be replaced to ensure the proper straightening of my teeth, it would be done. The entire process of enrolling as a new patient, to completing my initial appointment, was seamless. The entire staff from start to finish were very friendly and knowledgeable. My hygienist was very kind, and made sure to thoroughly explain each step of what she was doing, and why. I felt very well informed leaving my appointment. My dentist was very professional and was more than happy to sit with me and answer any questions I had, which I really appreciated.
Went in for a cleaning and found that the entire staff was super friendly. My hygienist Kim was great! She was so thorough and gave me an excellent dental cleaning. She is very friendly and chatted with me the whole time which I truly enjoyed. We just moved to Ottawa and are pleased to have just found our new dental office here!
Hygienist always change every time I have an appt but prefer same person because this lady was not prepared and very short than usual time. Dentist does not say about cavities if I have not or have. Need more time to communicate.
My first time going to a dentist in a few years, hesitant with selecting one. But I was not disappointed in the selection I made. The dental hygienist did a really amazing job cleaning my teeth, it was a bit rough but my teeth have never felt better! I can honestly say that I have never had a cleaning so good!! The receptionists are absolutely wonderful and helpful they were so amazing to my son, absolutely kind and lovely to deal with! I recommend this dental office over and over and Over again! 10/10
