Great place to have Dental work done. Dr. Charbonneau is very patient and kind. I have very sensitive teeth, and she takes extra care with me. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Charbonneau Will continue to have all my dental needs taken care of here.

The staff from the moment you walk through the door are incredible. They take such care in ensuring patients are comfortable, and are so considerate if you have any fear of the dentist or cleanings. Each receptionist and assistant is so kind and genuine, Catherine talks to her patients throughout the cleaning process and gave me some great advice. Excellent experience! I went based on reddit reviews and it was even better than expected. Best service, people and location. I’m not paid for this, it’s the best dental experience i have had. Best dentist office in Ottawa for sure. Cannot recommend enough.
Dr. Baya and the team at Ottawa West Dental are amazing! I’ve gotten a cleaning, my wisdom teeth pulled out & invisiligns. They left a great first impression on my first visit alone. I wanted to get invisiligns but was hesitant to get x-rays done cause of the cost. I expressed this to Dr. Baya and he took my x-rays on the house! I can’t express how appreciative I am for that.
