The nicest staff all around! Such sweet, nice people. I had an incredible experience and Dr. Feras and his staff were amazing, he told me my options and I couldn’t be happier with my results! Everyone looked so genuinely happy for me and I love the new look I got, small changes but a huge difference. Thank you! 100% recommend!
Dr. Feras and his assistant are very professional and caring. They make sure to have a relaxing atmosphere and prioritize patient comfort. They did a thorough job and I am glad to know that my dental care is in great hands.The front staff are also kind and welcoming.
Dr. Kashyap is an outstanding dentist located at Ottawa West Dental. She is aided by friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have had great experiences both in teeth cleaning and restorative work. Kudos to all.
I am very grateful for an end of the day « urgent » appointment that I had yesterday. The efficiency and kindness from Dr. Kashyap was stellar. I will consider switching to this dental office if they are accepting new clients. If you are a nervous patient, this is the place to be. All the staff are kind and helpful. Dr Ferol is kind, understanding and does a great job. Sara, hygienist, is truly amazing and very considerate. I am still a nervous patient but I can. now go to a dentist with confidence.
