I want to express my appreciation to staff at Ottawa West Dental for accommodating me today. . I had a routine 10 am appointment but a need to be elsewhere by 11 am for an unexpected and very personal reason. The receptionist at the front desk kindly rescheduled my recall examination and spoke to the hygienist. Yash did a thorough and professional cleaning , postponed the polishing, and had me on my way at 10:30. I was able to make the important event by 10:55. Thank you !
Over the many years Dr. Charbonneau and the clinic staff have always been professional and skillful. Whether the hygienist is verbally checking your comfort with a cleaning or having Harvard educated Dr. Charbonneau comfortably guide you through the process in the more complex procedures, I would not hesitate to recommend this practice wholeheartedly.
Dr Kashyap and her staff are highly professional yet friendly. I had a wisdom tooth extraction and this was my first ever extraction. I was nervous n scared., they put me at ease n the extraction itself went smoothly. Thanks for taking care.
I had a very pleasant experience throughout my appointment on September 16th at 3 PM. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and welcoming, both when I arrived and during checkout. His warm and welcoming manner made me feel very comfortable. The dental hygienist who performed my cleaning was also wonderful. I think her name was Nika — or maybe Mika; apologies if I got it wrong. My whole family sees Dr. Kashyap and we are very happy with the clinic. Most recently, my 7 year old had two fillings and they were very kind and took the time to explain the process to her which alleviated a lot of anxiety. I would recommend Dr. Kashyap and her friendly and professional team of hygienists!
