I am very grateful for an end of the day « urgent » appointment that I had yesterday. The efficiency and kindness from Dr. Kashyap was stellar. I will consider switching to this dental office if they are accepting new clients. Shout out to the committed staff who were very helpful and stayed beyond the closing time in order to process the payment at the end. Thank you!
Great experience during my recent check-up. Not only did Mika (sp?) do a fine job on the hygiene part - careful and efficient - but she and Dr. Chardonnay quickly decided to redo a portion of my x-ray to check on something that was not completely clear on the first pass. The thoroughness is much appreciated.
I want to express my appreciation to staff at Ottawa West Dental for accommodating me today. . I had a routine 10 am appointment but a need to be elsewhere by 11 am for an unexpected and very personal reason. The receptionist at the front desk kindly rescheduled my recall examination and spoke to the hygienist. Yash did a thorough and professional cleaning , postponed the polishing, and had me on my way at 10:30. I was able to make the important event by 10:55. Thank you !
My whole family sees Dr. Kashyap and we are very happy with the clinic. Most recently, my 7 year old had two fillings and they were very kind and took the time to explain the process to her which alleviated a lot of anxiety. I would recommend Dr. Kashyap and her friendly and professional team of hygienists!
As a new patient, I had a great experience from my initial consultation and imaging to fillings done here. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Dr. Feras thoroughly explains everything and invites you to ask questions. I never felt rushed although the practice is pretty full. I will recommend my friends and family to come and see Dr. Feras for sure!
