I want to express my appreciation to staff at Ottawa West Dental for accommodating me today. . I had a routine 10 am appointment but a need to be elsewhere by 11 am for an unexpected and very personal reason. The receptionist at the front desk kindly rescheduled my recall examination and spoke to the hygienist. Yash did a thorough and professional cleaning , postponed the polishing, and had me on my way at 10:30. I was able to make the important event by 10:55. Thank you !

Over the many years Dr. Charbonneau and the clinic staff have always been professional and skillful. Whether the hygienist is verbally checking your comfort with a cleaning or having Harvard educated Dr. Charbonneau comfortably guide you through the process in the more complex procedures, I would not hesitate to recommend this practice wholeheartedly.

Dr Kashyap and her assistants were great. I felt at ease the whole time it took to do a filling on the front of my front tooth without freezing. It had a root canal 50 years ago so I don't get a bravery award. She did a great job and the tooth that was revealing a post prior looks brand new. I am very thankful to have Dr. Kashyap as my dentist. All the staff at Ottawa West Dental are very friendly and helpful.

Dr Kashyap and her staff are highly professional yet friendly. I had a wisdom tooth extraction and this was my first ever extraction. I was nervous n scared., they put me at ease n the extraction itself went smoothly. Thanks for taking care.
