The nicest staff all around! Such sweet, nice people. I had an incredible experience and Dr. Feras and his staff were amazing, he told me my options and I couldn’t be happier with my results! Everyone looked so genuinely happy for me and I love the new look I got, small changes but a huge difference. Thank you! 100% recommend!
I am very grateful for an end of the day « urgent » appointment that I had yesterday. The efficiency and kindness from Dr. Kashyap was stellar. I will consider switching to this dental office if they are accepting new clients. Great experience during my recent check-up. Not only did Mika (sp?) do a fine job on the hygiene part - careful and efficient - but she and Dr. Chardonnay quickly decided to redo a portion of my x-ray to check on something that was not completely clear on the first pass. The thoroughness is much appreciated.
I want to express my appreciation to staff at Ottawa West Dental for accommodating me today. . I had a routine 10 am appointment but a need to be elsewhere by 11 am for an unexpected and very personal reason. The receptionist at the front desk kindly rescheduled my recall examination and spoke to the hygienist. Yash did a thorough and professional cleaning , postponed the polishing, and had me on my way at 10:30. I was able to make the important event by 10:55. Thank you !
I’ve been coming here for years now. The staff is so kind. Mika is great at what she does! I’m always impressed with how well she cleans my teeth.
