Dr Feras is an Excellent dentist! He did a very thorough examination, explained everything clearly, and gave me a treatment plan that was easy to understand and follow. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and I felt well cared for from start to finish. I highly recommend this office. 🙂
This was my first visit as my former dentist recently retired. Great first impression! Did not have to wait, hygienist and dentist were pleasant, efficient and professional. I feel that I've made a good move.
I've had overall an excellent experience at Ottawa West Dental. Dr. Keshyap, all the hygienists, and reception staff that I've interacted with have been great. I've had both fillings and teeth extraction here. There was one dentist that was extremely rude to the dental hygienist during one dental clean (in front me), but he has since then left the practice.
The service was good. However the bill was a surprise. I was charged additional 30% over the original estimate without any warning. The clinic had sufficient time to let me know that the original estimate of about 1500 and when I received the bill it was close to 2000. Disappointing!
The nicest staff all around! Such sweet, nice people. I had an incredible experience and Dr. Feras and his staff were amazing, he told me my options and I couldn’t be happier with my results! Everyone looked so genuinely happy for me and I love the new look I got, small changes but a huge difference. Thank you! 100% recommend!
