The hygienist was very knowledgeable and took her time to ensure my pockets were cleaned properly She provided advice for me to do do until my next cleaning.
Counter administrative manager was not able to justify difference in billing time/etc. between visits and individuals. Unsure how standards are maintained across hygienists from a billing, effort, efficiency perspective. Was not able to provide concrete information or evidence. Manager's solution was to suggest client leave Pacifica Dental.
Friendly greeting upon arrival. No waiting appointment was on time. I've had this hygienist in the past and she was awesome. Only issue is you need to pay and they submit forms to the insurance company for payment. This could be problematic if you don't have lots of money.
Clinic has improved over the past year. Appointments start on time and it has become easier to coordinate scheduling. Excellent communication by email or other!
