I truly can’t say enough about how kind and patient, professional and caring the staff here has been. Dr. Coca has helped me through my dental anxiety and made me comfortable with coming. I trust him and his staff fully. He makes me laugh and explains everything he’s doing. Kelly is so patient and compassionate and Danielle was so gentle with my cleaning and cheerful with me. I recently had two new crowns put on my front teeth at Pacifica Dental, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! They used the CEREC machine, which allowed them to complete the entire process in just 3.5 hours —super convenient and efficient. The crowns look fantastic, and the staff was absolutely awesome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the experience so comfortable. Highly recommend Pacifica Dental for anyone needing dental work!
Very efficient and thorough. They were able to check my benefits, get x-rays sent from another clinic and review work I should plan to have done while doing my cleaning and keeping me from waiting. This was an ideal dental experience.
I visited Pacifica Dental in Victoria for a check up and cleaning. I was blown away by the wrap around view of Victoria and the mountains 🏔️. Even the entrance is beautiful, with sweeping views, a lovely waiting lounge and balcony. The staff is so welcoming and professional and appointment reminders were well-communicated. Stay away from this dental office! Do not believe the BS on their website, telling people that they care about their patients. The truth is, they do NOT care about anyone unless they have lots of money to afford their expensive services. Even before I went to their office, before I even saw a dentist, I was subjected to callous unfeeling treatment by their staff.
