The waiting room felt calm and comfortable, not stressful at all. Front desk is always very friendly. Staff moved things along quickly, so there was barely any wait time. The hygienist clearly knew her stuff and explained everything simply, also extremely friendly and sweet. After the appointment, the dentist followed up to check how things were. Any questions got answered right away too. Overall, a smooth and caring experience from start to finish. Been coming here for years! Highly recommend!
My family has been going to Palladium Dental for about 10 years, and we are always pleased with the result. Dr. Halim, his dental assistant, and hygienist Jennifer are all very friendly, attentive to our questions and concerns, and professional. They are very good at what they do. Dr. Shady Halim was very kind and calm. He listened carefully to my concerns and understood my situation well. He was very cooperative in helping me find the most convenient solution for the time being. I've been a client for about a decade. This is a very professional, caring and dedicated dental office who genuinely want to help people. They provide excellent dental work and cleanings.
