Dr. Halim, his dental assistant, and hygienist Jennifer are all very friendly, attentive to our questions and concerns, and professional. They are very good at what they do. I had a great experience at Palladium Dental. Dr. Alexandra Negotei and her assistant Shannon were very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The clinic is easy to get to, the atmosphere feels warm, and everyone there is helpful and welcoming. Big thanks to Dr. Negotei and Dr. Halim for the excellent work they did on my tooth. Dr. S. Halim, Michel, and the rest of his team have been absolutely wonderful and supportive. They stuck with me and worked with me to navigate with my insurance company, Manulife, who seriously dropped the ball multiple times.
