My regular dental hygienist did a wonderful job as usual and tolerated my terrible humour, also as usual... The new owner of the business Doctor 'B' Came in afterwards to do the double check and was extremely personable and friendly. I always recommend this dental practice to my friends whenever I can. I have been a client for 25+ years and the work has always been professionally done.
I have been a patient since I was a kid, starting with Dr Yim Sr, to Dr Walter Yim and now to Dr Bahnam. I have too many crowns to count and I warned Dr Bahnam that my teeth are VERY sensitive. He got my crown to fit PERFECTLY on the first placement! That earns 5 stars in my books. Happy retirement Walter and welcome Dr Bahnam.
While I get my cleaning here regularly, I have an intense fear of needles in my mouth… who doesn’t, but I pull cancel numerous appointment for fillings due to this fear. Finally Valérie , the kindest, most empathetic hygienist said, “we can do this, I’ll be there, we’ll ensure the dentist knows to be gentle and we will be with you the whole way”. I recently had a dental implant at Parklawn Dental and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Dr. Bahnam and his team are experienced professionals who take the time to explain each step clearly and with care. Very professional and friendly staff. The dentist is fantastic. He is patient and understanding, and he knows how to deal with scared patients. I do recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good dentist.
