The team at Parkview are amazing. My daughter and I both have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist and have had some challenging dental work done in the last couple of years. The entire team is very supportive and professional, they have been kind beyond what anyone could even hope for and our results have been excellent. There are not enough words to express our gratitude and confidence, thank you and for those of you that are hesitant- don’t, just go and feel confident that you will receive the very best in care!
Amazing, talented, kind, and both wonderful dentists. We are so lucky to have them in Bancroft. Dr. Cho did a complex surgical repair in office solving a two year old crown problem from another dentist, and yesterday, Dr. Lee gave me a needle I didn't feel, then fixed my tooth with a cool new procedure. Worth every Penny. I now have complete confidence in both these guys going forward, which is good because I'm a dental wimp... They're young and keep current on the latest procedures. I'm 58 years old and have been to many dentist's in my life, but today's visit with Dr. Lee was the best experience I've ever had at a dentist. He is so gentle with everything he does, from the freezing to the filling, it was so great that I have finally lost my fear of anything to do with dental care. High five Dr. Lee!!!
Wonderful experience! The dentist and team did a great job in an emergency situation with my son. They consulted many times with other dentist to ensure that he was getting the best service. They explained what our next steps would be and followed back up with us the next day. Great service from the whole office!
I would recommend Park View Dental to anyone looking for a dentist in Bancroft. I was so pleased with how quickly they called me back in my emergency situation and with the level of professionalism.
