Our family has had an exceptionally positive experience with this dental clinic. The entire staff demonstrates professionalism and courtesy in their interactions. Dr. Kwan consistently provides informative consultations, offering various treatment options and recommendations tailored to our needs. Nerida's responsiveness and reliability are commendable. We wholeheartedly recommend this clinic for an exceptional dental experience.

The appointment went great. All the staff were helpful and professional. The dentist and his assistant worked really well together. I had a molar removed. During the procedure they communicated well with me and eachother very well. I'd definitely recommend their services

I had an excellent experience with Jenica being my hygienist, who was extremely careful, yet efficient with her care. I saw Dr. Brooke who has a very welcoming personality and took time to discuss a plan with future care. A great visit.

Very helpful and accommodating during my daughter's appointment. She had an unexpected nap right before her appointment so she was barely awake and not as cooperative as normal but the dentist and assistants took it in stride and did what they could. As important as getting a check, my daughter had an overall pleasant experience despite being too groggy to listen.

Knowing the wait times in Northern BC they still managed to fit me in in a short notice, accommodating me as much possible. Discussing all the dental plans, possibilities, probably and contra views including price as well. My dentist (Dr. Kwan) was very professional but still easy to approach, most of the time I didn't feel a thing. And if i did, he immediately freeze me more. Highly recommend this office!
