Was super nervous to go in for a root canal this morning. The dentist/ dental assistant were so good at what they do that I ended up falling asleep at least 4 times! I didn’t feel a thing! Super clean and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend.
The attention was very good, the service excellent. The only thing they need to improve is that they sent me about 10 messages about the appointment and the charge I would incur if I missed it. I arrived at the agreed time, but they saw me 30 minutes later.
Been my fourth visit this year and satisfied with there service. They listen and cater for your concern and able to help and assist your needs. My first visit was an emergency and grateful they have a slot and able to help and ease my pain. All question and concern been answered and the team are well knowledgeable with there job and professional enough in dealing with there patients. I can highly recommend here.
The staff are Kind helpful, they make you feel welcome and of value. Procedure went smooth. Dentist actually cares. Have had bad experiences with dentist in the past, here I feel in good capable knowledgeable hands!
It was my first time at this dentist. They got me in for an emergency appointment in a reasonable time. Had to do an extraction so that had to be scheduled for over 20 days later. I was apprehensive of that but they put me on a short notice cancellation list. Turns out I was called less than 2 hrs after the first appointment for an appointment 2 days later.
