Amazing staff and dentist!! 3 of my 4 kids handled cleaning and sealant great but my oldest was having a panic attack and melting down. They handled her with such care and understanding. There was about 15 minutes left till finishing and they wouldn’t continue until she gave the go ahead to either finish or stop all together; with some negotiation of tools that were going to be used she decided to continue and finish. I want to say the hugest thank you to DR Don & Shawna! Shawna you warmed my heart today and you both made this process so easy! Was a nervous wreck all day thinking about how this appointment would go with my little guy! He has a hard time in buildings. After a few appointments, you guys worked your magic and got to touch his teeth. My daughter and I were in shock (literally). We left today so flipping proud of Linky, and so amazed about how wonderful you both are. Thank you for this!!!

Second time getting a cleaning with Lily, she is amazing, love being her patient. I love how calm, honest and kind she is, and a great conversationalist. She does a great job with cleanings, she did things other dentists wouldn't do for me. Dr. Zach is also very friendly and energetic, did a great job fixing a metal thing for me with ease. Overall a very friendly environment, the lady at the front desk was also nice and fun. Definitely worth the drive from Kelowna :)
