We had a great experience here today. My son had his wisdom teeth removed, and even though we weren’t existing patients, they were able to get him in on short notice, which we really appreciated. Everything was explained clearly, with thorough instructions on what to expect and how to manage the next few days of recovery. Dr. Litchfield and his team were all very kind and gentle. The front office staff have a happy, cheerful vibe and are genuinely pleasant to deal with. Very grateful my cousin recommended Dr. Litchfield and Penhold Dental. It’s worth the drive!
We had a wonderful experience at Penhold Dental with our 3-year-old. Laryn truly went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and at ease. She took the time to explain what was happening in a way my child could understand and walked her through each step of the cleaning process with so much patience and care. Friendly staff happy staff with a high morale; everyone was willing to listen and explain the complete situation and all options. The Doctors and staff stayed late to complete the work that needed to be done so I didn't have to return. Even with being in the chair for three hours while they continuously worked on 3 corners of my jaw with no pain; I was comfortable enough I had fallen asleep during the process. Thank you everyone at the Penhold Dental Care for your professionalism and individual customer care.
The staff are very friendly and easy to deal with. The receptionists are easy to work with to find times that work with people's schedules. The dental hygenists are very friendly, gentle and thorough at what they do. Both dentists are very nice and very good at explaining things. I would recommend trying them if you are looking for a new dentist!
