My experience at Penhold Dental Care was excellent! The doctor was very attentive and explained everything she was doing, why it was important, and how it would benefit me. She also gave me choices through the process, which J really appreciated. To top of it, the clinic surprised me with a gift of an electronic toothbrush - what more can I ask for? Double benefit! At all times, I was kept informed and comfortable during my appointment. Adequate time was given to address questions and concerns. Detailed follow up instructions were given. I was there for a root canal. The reception was very pleasant. The staff was very professional I was so relaxed during the procedure (25 hrs).that I just about fell asleep. They kept me in the loop for all of the procedures which I found to be very unusual I would recommend this clinic to anyone.
They are great with kids! My daughter had her 2 cavities done and both the dentist and hygienist were incredible with her. I also have been going for years and they are always so friendly.
Staff is always friendly and accommodating! The dental team takes their time to explain procedures. We would recommend them to everyone!
