I had X-rays cleaning and check up. I love how my hygienist hurried to take pictures and get back to me to remove film .. because… you know gag reflex!! She is bubbly and chatty and very thorough. Especially careful only to get teeth not scrape the gums. Great job Brooklyn, Dr Irvine is also pleasant and positive. Front desk staff are welcoming, explain billing process, and very efficient. The building is modern , bright and has a welcoming vibe. Dentist visits are a pleasure here.
The staff are all very friendly, efficient and professional. I've always had great results with cleaning and dental repairs. Procedures are clearly explained so I know what to expect with each visit. Strongly recommend them.
As always, wonderful staff, very friendly and professional. I never feel rushed. The hygienist and dentist always go out of the way to explain everything and answer all my questions. I used to be white knuckles going to the dentist, but not anymore. I highly recommend Penticton Dental!

Over 30 yrs working in a dental clinic as an assistant, hygienist then in admin, I can say that my experience here was great! Dr Singh was professional, took his time, very clear on my options and his recommendations. There was no “selling” unnecessary treatment. His assistant was wonderful as was the front desk staff. 10/10
