As an anxious and stress out patient/client, I’m so glad I found ‘my-go-to’ dental Clinic in Penticton. I was very nervous about the extraction, but Dr. Kyle Sohi was professional, took his time, very clear on my options and his recommendations. His assistant was wonderful and calmed me down.The front desk staff is very qualified and super friendly. Thank all of you for all your help and understanding!
Love this place! Have the best dentist there. Matt is absolutely amazing and really cares about your goals and takes your entire history into account when making decisions about treatments. I’ve never really been a fan of going to the dentist, but he and the entire team absolutely make it quite literally as painless as possible, and an overall very pleasant experience! Highly recommend
Again my appointment with Dr. Irvine and his assistant, Nicole, was excellent. Though I was booked in for 3 hours to build up 8 of my teeth, the team is so efficient that it only took 2 hours. Pain free as well. I recommend this dental office to everyone as I have been a patient for about 30 years and am not disappointed!
Like this clinic and all staff very much. My hygienist Brooklyn is lovely, she takes lots of time and interest in my mouth health. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Have been lucky not to have to much time with the dentist, although he did seem nice as well.
I had X-rays cleaning and check up. I love how my hygienist hurried to take pictures and get back to me to remove film .. because… you know gag reflex!! She is bubbly and chatty and very thorough. Especially careful only to get teeth not scrape the gums. Great job Brooklyn, Dr Irvine is also pleasant and positive. Front desk staff are welcoming, explain billing process, and very efficient. The building is modern , bright and has a welcoming vibe. Dentist visits are a pleasure here.
