I required some detailed dental work and was referred to Dr. Irvine at the Penticton Dental Center. The entire staff was pleasant informative and respectful on my arrival. I met with Dr. Irvine with his assistant Nicole. They listened to my concerns and quickly provided all the information I needed. It was obvious that I was in the right place and quickly set up appointments to deal with my dental needs. Dr. Irvine explained in detail what I needed. They were so kind and accommodating. I feel nervous about going to the dentist and they were very quick and gentle and made sure I was comfortable for every appointment. During fillings I was able to listen to music and given options to help me feel as comfortable as possible. Quick with making appointments and sending out reminders. Simply the best experience I’ve had at the dentist so far which can’t be said about all my previous dental offices. Thank you!
My appointment was on time! Receptionist was so friendly along with the hygienist. She was very informative and efficient! Dr Irving as usual was great! Looking forward to my next visit!
Brooklyn is a very caring, considerate, and empathetic person. Her skills as a dental hygienist surpass most that I have seen in the past. I speak from experience because I am in the business.
