It’s important to build a relationship with the professionals in your life and all the staff at the Penticton Dental Clinic have the ability to accomplish just that. All staff are warm and friendly and I cannot thank them enough for taking care of mine and my family dental care needs! We do not wait long, sunglasses and laughter during cleaning, thanks Amber. I had a tooth break and was able to get in quickly. Dr. Irvine was able to repair it with a filling, which I was thrilled about, thinking it would need a crown. He even patched up a couple of other fillings "in the neighbourhood" at the same appointment. He is always friendly, kind, quick and my tooth is as good as new. (We are no relation). I have been going to him for over 20 years and he is the best!
I always feel like I am being taken care of completely while at this dental office. Everything is explained to me and a plan of action is developed. The dentist is very compassionate and does great work. The receptionist is also great. If I know that I have a big bill coming up, she lets me put a little extra money away on my account to help pay for big ticket items. Overall, a great dental office.
Just wanna say thank you to Amber for taking care of me and my husband. As a first time mom/parent we appreciate what you did (to pause if I need to because I have a little one, allowing me to nurse him, giving him toys so he would not cry. It really means a lot to us. You're just so nice and kind. So amazing woman.Again thank you so much
Timely professional care. Examination and evaluation and course of treatment needed was laid out .Doctor Singh was excellent and gave to me, and explained options going forward.Korry was lovely on the front desk. This practice is recommended
