Lauren the hygienist and Dr Andy are both lovely and have been very accommodating and understanding of my dentist anxiety/phobia. Every visit has left me feeling more relaxed and confident. The staff are friendly and nice which is great. I definitely recommend to everyone
The staff here are friendly and professional. During my cleaning I asked about tooth whitening and my hygenist gave me a very comprehensive answer that left no question unanswered. Dr. Jack is thorough and takes the time to explain exactly what he's doing and why. He recently fixed a filling in my back molar and the whole whole process was relatively painless (physically and figuratively), and I no longer have a sensitive tooth! Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental clinic! I came to Peterborough Dental Clinic as a new patient for a checkup, dental cleaning, and to have a filling redone. Every receptionist and admin assistant I encountered was incredibly warm and welcoming. I felt cared for and listened to by all of the dental assistants. First time in a decade that I have actually felt comfortable in a dentist office. The staff is so kind and understanding without condescension or judgements. Deb was amazing with my daughter, Brianna made me feel like a person again and Dr. Jack genuinely cares. I'm excited for my oral health now! Thank you!!!!
Friendly atmosphere makes you feel comfortable and a lot more relaxed than my previous dental office. Brianna the hygienist is amazing.
