We had such a wonderful experience at Petrolia Dental! From the moment we walked in, Dr Carson and the hygienist were so pleasant, patient and genuinely kind. My little ones were pretty nervous before their visit, but were immediately put them at ease with their warm and friendly approach. Dr . I haven't had a better experience at a dental office ever. I can't recommend Dr Carson enough. A friend said she and her family loved her and we decided to try with one of our daughters who hadn't had a great experience at another clinic. She was seen once before and really liked Petrolia. Today, I called quite concerned about a potential infection my daughter had developed in a surgery site (performed elsewhere) and her dental surgeon could not see her for three days. Dr Rachelle Carson is fabulous & treats every patient with such care. Yesterday despite arctic chill outside I was treated to a heated blanket during my appointment! Kudos to amazing Arlene and the rest of the team who ensure every visit is efficient & comfortable. My husband & I have been loyal patients here forever & now my young grandsons are patients too! Thank you for our family’s beautiful smiles & healthy teeth!
Staff are super friendly and very easy to get an appointment. I do like the photo scan they do to show the detailed progression as well over a couple years. Great hygienists as well, haven’t ever had one I didn’t like.
I have been a patient of Petrolia Dental for over 30 years. Their work is excellent, and the entire staff are professional and friendly.. as usual, Dr. Carson and Arlene were again amazing during my visit this week. I highly recommend Petrolia Dental to everyone, and my entire family are clients as well.
