Dr Rachelle Carson is fabulous & treats every patient with such care. Yesterday despite arctic chill outside I was treated to a heated blanket during my appointment! Kudos to amazing Arlene and the rest of the team who ensure every visit is efficient & comfortable. My husband & I have been loyal patients here forever & now my young grandsons are patients too! Thank you for our family’s beautiful smiles & healthy teeth!
Kelly has almost always been my dental hygienist. She always goes through what she’ll be doing at every visit and explains to me all her findings and recommendations. She makes sure she’s answered all my questions before leaving the clinic. The receptionists are also polite and friendly. Keep up the good work!
We had such a wonderful experience at Petrolia Dental! From the moment we walked in, Dr Carson and the hygienist were so pleasant, patient and genuinely kind. My little ones were pretty nervous before their visit, but were immediately put them at ease with their warm and friendly approach. Dr . Love this office - everyone is so friendly, efficient, and genuinely gracious. But the real surprise MVP this visit? The warm lemongrass-infused facecloth after my hygiene appointment. Excuse me?? I came in expecting my teeth to be scraped, manhandled and heaving judged for my (albeit improving) flossing habits… not to leave feeling like I’d spent the afternoon at a luxury spa. Absolute next-level touch. LOVE!
I haven't had a better experience at a dental office ever. I can't recommend Dr Carson enough. A friend said she and her family loved her and we decided to try with one of our daughters who hadn't had a great experience at another clinic. She was seen once before and really liked Petrolia. Today, I called quite concerned about a potential infection my daughter had developed in a surgery site (performed elsewhere) and her dental surgeon could not see her for three days.
