I visited Pier Street Dental on November 28 for my initial appointment, and I had a great experience. The team did a very thorough cleaning, and the dental staff were all so nice, friendly, and welcoming. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure and explained every step clearly. I went back on December 10 for a filling, and again, the experience was excellent. Wonderful dental office and staff! My small child walked in confidently and felt very secure and cared for during the check up and cleaning service. He sat by himself and the staff were very capable in ensuring he was safe and comfortable, making for a smooth and successful visit. They were even able to get X-rays done - a first for our small child. Our child left smiling and happy after a comprehensive visit, excited to return again the next time.
I can’t say enough good things about the team at Pier Street Dental! From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff are incredibly friendly and helpful—they truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The hygienists are fantastic and so accommodating. What I love most is the atmosphere: there’s absolutely no pressure and zero judgment, just honest, helpful advice. If you're looking for a great dental team in Campbell River, I highly recommend them!
I had a tooth break and Pier 1 dental got me in on an emergency basis with no delay to my current trip on a sailboat. Dr. Andy Wong used their CEREC technology to design, build, and install a crown in a single visit. My wife also had a dental filling replaced while I was there. Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. If I live anywhere near Campbell River, Pier 1 dental would become my go to dental provider. As someone who is terrified of the dentist office, I am not easily swayed into providing a review for one! However knowing that there are others like me out there I have to share my experience with Pier Street Dental in Campbell River. Every team member that I interacted with was welcoming, helpful and understanding of patients with fear. If you are a big chicken like I am, this is the place for you!
