First time at Pine Creek Dental. I was referred here by my former dentist. My experience was amazing. Dr Weaver she is lovely Chelsey is such a sweetheart and of course when I arrived I met Susan who is absolutely lovely. The experience overall was awesome and I knew I was in very good hands. Excellent customer service in front desk with Susan. She is very attentive affective and helpful. Answer all my questions very clearly and fast. Melanie assistant was very friendly, caring and kind. Dr Szakacs was very professional and able to clearly explain what was going on and offered suggestions for next steps. So far I glad to become a new patient in this beautiful new clinic and I am planning to bring all my family in future. In general I was very pleased with my visit and grateful for the high level of care.
I recently moved to Creekview Southwest and was looking for a new Dentist near me and I found Pine Creek dental. They have done a wonderful job with x-rays, scaling, and evaluating my teeth. I never had such a thorough exam on my teeth before so, so far I am quite pleased. Next month will be a removal of a filling to replace it with a new one.
I would give 10 stars if I could! This place is not only beautiful and pristine but the staff are amazing, the care was amazing and my teeth have never felt better. Normally I dread going to the dentist and put it off as long as possible, but after my experience here with Suzanne, Chelsea and Dr. Weaver I won’t put it off ever again. I am always reluctant to go to the dentist because I go through a lot of pain whenever I do scaling and polishing. However, today at Pinecreek dental my experience was completely different, I was well attended to, didn’t go through so much pain and the lady who cleaned my teeth was so gentle and patient.
