Excellent customer service in front desk with Susan. She is very attentive affective and helpful. Answer all my questions very clearly and fast. Melanie assistant was very friendly, caring and kind. Dr Szakacs was very professional and able to clearly explain what was going on and offered suggestions for next steps. So far I glad to become a new patient in this beautiful new clinic and I am planning to bring all my family in future. In general I was very pleased with my visit and grateful for the high level of care.
I would give 10 stars if I could! This place is not only beautiful and pristine but the staff are amazing, the care was amazing and my teeth have never felt better. Normally I dread going to the dentist and put it off as long as possible, but after my experience here with Suzanne, Chelsea and Dr. Weaver I won’t put it off ever again. When i arrived at the clinic I was lucky enough to get a guided tour from Dr. Weaver. Thank you very much for that! What a beautiful, state of the art clinic. Wow! I met the staff and everyone was so friendly. Dr. Szakacs treated me for a broken tooth and together with his assistant Chelsey (forgive me if I spelled your name wrong) they spent time explaining everything I needed to know with my condition and all options available to me for treatment. Our family has had such a wonderful experience at this dental practice! Dr. Szakacs and Dr. Weaver are not only highly professional but also exceptionally knowledgeable and kind. Their entire team is welcoming and always greets us with a smile. We feel confident in their care and will definitely continue coming here for all of our family’s dental needs!
I had a great experience for my first visit. The staff is very friendly and the clinic is clean. I moved to the south and decided to look for a dentist closer to home and I’m glad I chose pine creek dental.
