Staff at Pinewood Dental are delightful! Always a pleasure to visit. I feel very welcome when I arrive and they are appreciative of me as a customer. Rachel my dental hygienist has exceptional customer/patient service skills. She is friendly, personable and very good at what she does.
I’m a new client and my first experience with my son was great. My dental hygienist was very gentle with the cleaning. My dentist Dr Neema was informative and very thorough with the examination. They were super accommodating to my son who was anxious. Overall great experience and glad to have found a great clinic that I’ll be going to for a long time and recommend to family and friends !
Dr. Folgelman is great. I’ve had Dr. Haminishi ever since I was a young child up until he retired. Dr. Folgelman is in his office now and I’ve only ever had him do checkups, but I had my first filling done by him yesterday and let me tell you he is great at his job, I didn’t even feel the needle. He’s very informative. Lets you know what he’s about to do. Checks to make sure all the numbing is working properly. I am happy that I now have him as my dentist as that can be a stressful situation for some people.
Awesome staff with the most patience for those with dental anxiety! The dentist was super gentle fast and thorough. He talks through every step while being fast and thorough. Highly recommend!
Gentle and intuitive with years of experience, Harminder is my favourite hygienist here. I love my dentist, Dr Nima. He’s so easy to talk to and listens. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient so that I’m out the door and on time.
