I’m a new client and my first experience with my son was great. My dental hygienist was very gentle with the cleaning. My dentist Dr Neema was informative and very thorough with the examination. They were super accommodating to my son who was anxious. Overall great experience and glad to have found a great clinic that I’ll be going to for a long time and recommend to family and friends !
Overall, my hygienist was amazing but at some points it's either just me but her fingers were sometimes on the wrong spot on my gums that hurt me. I'm not sure what the procedure is when she scraped my teeth the pointy sharp tip also scraped my gum that resulted to bleeding and sore. My mum had the same experience. Something for her to consider and careful. But she was amazing, really nice and casual.
My wife saw Rachael today and she is an excellent hygienist. Very thorough but extremely careful around the gumline. Very positive experience. All the dentists are excellent there as well.
Very approachable and respectful Dr. Niema who is now in charge of this clinic. Great staff and dental assistants as well as hygienist's.
Mary was excellent with all her communication and follow-up. Definitely an asset for Pinewood Dental to have her as part of their team.
