This place was so great! The receptionist was super kind and helpful, and my dental hygienist was amazing too. After years of being shammed for “receding gums” (in my early 20s?) at my last place, last minute rescheduled appointments for months later, and consistent pain while scaling this place was a dream. The receptionist had a great suggestion on applying for the Canadian Dental plan which allowed me to get a cleaning done in the first place. I had my wisdom tooth extraction here and had a truly positive experience. I was quite nervous at the beginning, but the team made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the procedure. Going to Pinewood Dental was honestly the best decision that I made. Havent been to a dentist in a long time & I was scared because of everything you hear that goes on with the needles, drilling, etc. However, everyone there is extremely nice, super patient, they make you feel as comfortable as possible, they actually talk you through the process before & during the appointment. I've been a patient of this dental clinic since 2009. Dr. Haminishi was incredibly kind and gentle. You could tell how passionate he was about his profession, and he cared deeply for his patients. I was sad when he retired a couple years ago, but he left the clinic in good hands. Dr. Salimipour has been just as kind and caring. The staff members (Rachel, Joselyn, and others) are very friendly. Overall, everyone makes my visit to the dental clinic quite enjoyable.
Harminder made my teeth look amazing! Too much tea stain, she doesn’t care. She’s always happy to see me and is gentle and kind. All the staff are!
