I'm so glad I found this dental clinic! I've always been scared of going to the dentist but all the staff at Pinewood Dental (from the front staff and dental assistants) were very caring and approachable and that made me easily get comfortable and relaxed. My hygienist, Rachel, was very gentle and meticulous. And the best part of this clinic, of course, is Dr. Nima! His expertise in his field is very evident, coupled with kindness and compassion. Staff at Pinewood Dental are delightful! Always a pleasure to visit. I feel very welcome when I arrive and they are appreciative of me as a customer. Rachel my dental hygienist has exceptional customer/patient service skills. She is friendly, personable and very good at what she does.
Dr. Folgelman is great. I’ve had Dr. Haminishi ever since I was a young child up until he retired. Dr. Folgelman is in his office now and I’ve only ever had him do checkups, but I had my first filling done by him yesterday and let me tell you he is great at his job, I didn’t even feel the needle. He’s very informative. Lets you know what he’s about to do. Checks to make sure all the numbing is working properly. I am happy that I now have him as my dentist as that can be a stressful situation for some people.
Remarkable experience - friendly, caring, accommodating staff and professional dentists with knowledge, patience, empathy, and great communication skills. I am so impressed by the care my 91 year old father received! Grade: A+.
