I brought my 18m old son in for his first dental visit today. Our CDA Katie spent so much time trying to make my son comfortable during his appointment as he’s quite nervous and shy. She was very personal and had great tips for a new mom. I really appreciated how warm and thoughtful she was during each and every move around my son. Thank you for making Kacey’s first visit so comforting Katie!
Dr. Bhatti and the team have been exceptional in caring for both my son and me. As a busy working mom, I really appreciate the early morning appointment options and they always do their best to make my visits efficient. I’ll admit, I’m not a fan of dental tools, but the staff always explain each procedure before starting and check in during to make sure I’m comfortable. I also value how Dr. Bhatti takes the time to consult with me on treatment options, so we can make informed decisions together. Highly recommend!
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Austin Chen. He was extremely thorough in his examination and took the time to clearly explain everything to me. I really appreciated his patience and professionalism. It’s not always easy to feel at ease at the dentist, but Dr. Chen made the whole process very comfortable. Highly recommended!
The Pitt Meadows Dental Center has a very cozy atmosphere, the staff is friendly, the work of the dentists is beyond praise. The team of the Center is multinational, so there is an opportunity to communicate with the dentist in your native language. I really appreciate it. I visit the Center with pleasure, because I do not feel pain, receive explanations about the treatment and am always happy with the result.
We had a great experience with Dr. Bhatti at Pitt Meadows Dental! Our main concern was our daughter's sleep and snoring, and Dr. Bhatti provided a thorough assessment and explanations of the process. Brandee was especially wonderful with my 5-year-old, making her feel comfortable and at ease. We really appreciated the great suggestions that Dr. Bhatti gave us and are looking forward to starting our orthodontic journey with Pitt Meadows Dental.
