I’ve been to this dental clinic twice, and I really love it! The equipment is modern and high-tech, which makes me feel very comfortable. Taking X-rays and CBCT scans was quick and easy, and the dental cleaning was also very comfortable. The dentist Dr. Chen is super nice and professional — he carefully checked my teeth and explained everything clearly while showing my dental images on a big screen. The receptionists and hygienists are awesome! Super friendly to deal with but still professional, accommodating with appointments, and always makes the whole experience comfortable. The dentists are great too, I just don’t deal with them as much :)
I love Pitt Meadows Dental! I was nervous to get a new dentist but all of the staff have been kind, welcoming, and the dentists are gentle & reassuring....I wish I had switched a long time ago!! I highly recommend them!
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Austin Chen. He was extremely thorough in his examination and took the time to clearly explain everything to me. I really appreciated his patience and professionalism. It’s not always easy to feel at ease at the dentist, but Dr. Chen made the whole process very comfortable. Highly recommended!
