Great service. Had a potential procedure booked but when got there it was determined to wait as things seemed to have settled. Still might need in future but thought that was fantastic judgement on their part. Thanks. Great staff.
My Hygienist Kelly was very pleasant, thorough in her checking, cleaning and x-rays. She gave instructions for continuing care of my teeth and scheduled a check-up for next year. The office seems a little unorganized and very small for the staff. Overall great experience.
What really stood out to me was my hygienist Hadis, she had commitment to patient care, she took me step by step and took her time cleaning throughly; I felt valued and not just like another appointment. I highly recommend Platsville Dental for anyone looking for an amazing dental cleaning experience. I’ll definitely be returning for my next visit!
Was not looking forward to my first root canal and crown. I had alot of fear with having pain during the procedure. The dentist and assistant were absolutely amazing. Explained everything and were extremely understanding and kind . Everything went well from start to finish! Highly recommend .
