I had a great experience overall aside from scheduling challenges. Shelby was wonderful at reception, Jag was great in my initial imaging and Dr. Chen lovely too. My kids experiences have also been excellent (in May and June). My only complaint is that it took 8+ months to get an appointment for an exam and now I have to wait another 3 months for next available cleaning date (which was nearly nearly 1 year after scheduling). I had a dental emergency and didn’t have a previous dentist in the area. I called Pleasant Valley Dental, and within a few hours they were able to fit me in. I was so grateful for how quickly they helped me and for the level of care, kindness, and professionalism I received from the entire team. They made a stressful situation much easier and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. I truly appreciate their compassion and excellent service. I highly recommend Pleasant Valley Dental!

Incredibly kind, professional, and caring team. They helped me during a very difficult time in my life and provided excellent care at no cost. I’m truly grateful, and it means a lot to me. We had our third checkup visit for my son Max (5 year old) yesterday, and I wanted to say how grateful we are for the wonderful care. Unfortunately, Max hurt himself while trying to open the entrance door, but the staff were so kind and helpful. I didn’t catch the name of the lady who met us at the door, but she helped cheer Max up right away and completely changed the mood. Dr. Chen and team made my experience so relaxing and peaceful. I can tell the staff enjoys what they do and they work well together! May as well have been a day at the spa. Thanks for going above and beyond to ensure comfort both in the office and for the future. Definitely recommend!
