I had a great experience overall aside from scheduling challenges. Shelby was wonderful at reception, Jag was great in my initial imaging and Dr. Chen lovely too. My kids experiences have also been excellent (in May and June). My only complaint is that it took 8+ months to get an appointment for an exam and now I have to wait another 3 months for next available cleaning date (which was nearly nearly 1 year after scheduling). I had a dental emergency and didn’t have a previous dentist in the area. I called Pleasant Valley Dental, and within a few hours they were able to fit me in. I was so grateful for how quickly they helped me and for the level of care, kindness, and professionalism I received from the entire team. They made a stressful situation much easier and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. I truly appreciate their compassion and excellent service. I have to express my deepest gratitude towards the team at PVD. I was starting to get genuinely fearful about my overall health when I got a wisdom tooth infection. I knew it could cause way more serious issues. I called around to other clinics before finding someone that could help me urgently.
