I don’t usually write reviews, but since I’ve been going to Pleasant Valley Dental for close to a year. I figure that I have been there long enough to make a review. My overall impression of Pleasant Valley Dental is that it’s a jewel within Vernon. It’s a nice, modern building which is packed with new equipment in order to expand dentistry in Vernon. Pleasant Valley Dental has been so great with our family. We have been going since 2012 and they have been excellent ever since they were a wee tiny house on Pleasant Valley Road. When I needed emergency work done due to cracking a tooth, they got me in there as fast as they could and even stayed later into the evening to make sure I was taken care of. I have had such wonderful experiences at Pleasant Valley Dental. I am an anxious patient and they are ALWAYS so patient and kind with me, accommodating for all of my needs. I appreciate the professionalism here; even in urgent situations, the doctors stay connected and ensure you’re supported. It’s a great experience overall. While the services here might seem expensive, they align with the average pricing in the city, based on my observations.
The warm greeting upon arrival made me feel welcomed. I was very impressed with the Cerec process- watching the computer and milling machine. Thanks Dr Bicknell, Jagman and staff for make my tooth new and improved. Love my new tooth
