We had our third checkup visit for my son Max (5 year old) yesterday, and I wanted to say how grateful we are for the wonderful care. Unfortunately, Max hurt himself while trying to open the entrance door, but the staff were so kind and helpful. I didn’t catch the name of the lady who met us at the door, but she helped cheer Max up right away and completely changed the mood. I can't say enough good things about Pleasant Valley Dental. Dr Bicknell and all the staff treat me extremely well. They are very fast and every procedure that I have had performed is fantastic. They have the most modern equipment and can prepare the tooth and make the crown while I wait . This was unheard of years ago. I am very impressed with the whole office. My dental hygienist Stephanie is so great- I’m always anxious at the dentist, even for a cleaning, and she just puts me at ease with her friendly demeanour and upbeat attitude. She is professional and does a thorough job, making good notes on any concerns I might have. Thank you, Stephanie!
I've been a client at Pleasant Valley for several years now. I was drawn in by the modern setting and state of the art equipment. I have kept coming for the friendly and courteous staff. Now I have a new incentive, I met Cindy a newly hired dental assistant. Cindy is semi-retired and closer to my age (high 70's) than most of the staff.
