I have had such wonderful experiences at Pleasant Valley Dental. I am an anxious patient and they are ALWAYS so patient and kind with me, accommodating for all of my needs. I would especially like to thank Cindy, who looked after me today while recieving a filling from the dentist. She went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. I had a great dental experience at Pleasant Valley Dental! All of the staff and doctors were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable from start to finish and took the time to explain everything clearly. The care I received was excellent, and I truly appreciate how friendly and attentive everyone was. Pleasant Valley Dental went above and beyond to help my 9 year old son after injuring his 2 front teeth. We were told by several dentists that the one tooth couldn't be saved. Pleasant Valley Dental staff were caring, kind, and patient with my frightened boy. We're happy to say that after a couple of follow up appointments his teeth are healing well. I am so incredibly grateful for the effort the staff going to in making my kids feel informed at in ease during each appointment. For that reason alone they have my loyalty! With that said, we are happy with the quality of the work, the professional atmosphere, and all the rest.
I really really appreciate the staff here, especially their new dentist Doctor Chang Chen, who, together with her assistant Kamal, tool exceptionally great care of me this past Halloween when it turned out that my teeth needed more help than previously expected!
