Our first visit to this clinic was an emergency, as my son had gum inflammation. We had just moved to the area and needed help urgently. I’m very grateful that they were able to see us the same day and perform an emergency tooth extraction. Dr. Alexandra explained everything clearly and gave helpful advice about the procedure. Pleasant Valley Dental went above and beyond to help my 9 year old son after injuring his 2 front teeth. We were told by several dentists that the one tooth couldn't be saved. Pleasant Valley Dental has definitely helped me overcome my lifetime fear of dentists. I get treated so well by everybody. Front desk staff is great. My hygienist, Sasha, is amazing, and Drs. I had a crowned tooth that fractured at the gum line away from the root and the next day I was able to get a prompt consultation appointment with Dr Chen..consult was thorough with all options explained very well. The root was extracted a couple of days later. Dr Chen was Superb along with her team...I found Dr Chen very professional and friendly. The procedure for me was very calm and painless. Good results in a quick recovery. She is now my Forever Dentist. ❤️
