Amazing service from the time I called first time till I reached and got my appointment. All staff on the phone and in person was courteous. Spoke to Sara on the phone and then texted with Amanda . Very professional and clear in communication. I didn’t have to wait for my appointment as Infilled out the paperwork ahead of time . I have been coming to Ponderosa Dental for than 20 years. Dr. sales was my dentist but unfortunately he passed away. I have seen many different dentist, receptionist and hygienist. I noticed that ever since it became a corporation, everyone leaves. The reason why I stayed is because I really like my hygienist , his name is Saba. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to do his job. He is kind and friendly , I hope he stays because everyone leaves. Ponderosa Dental needs more employees like Saba.

Worst dentist I’ve been to. They either kept or threw away my crown and denied me a temporary crown. The specialist had taken off my crown for retreat on my route canal and they did not tell me I wasn’t gonna get a temporary crown. I have a little nub of a tooth and they are making me wait till my crown authorization to be approved in order to give me a temporary crown. Why they did this? My old dentist would give me a silver temporary crown immediately after any route canal. This place brought me back to see the general Dr.... read more
