Amazing service from the time I called first time till I reached and got my appointment. All staff on the phone and in person was courteous. Spoke to Sara on the phone and then texted with Amanda . Very professional and clear in communication. I didn’t have to wait for my appointment as Infilled out the paperwork ahead of time . The office staff demonstrated positive communication, friendly and helpful towards me as a new patient. I liked the dental staff strategy in communicating the total dental procedure and timeline to address my dental needs. Most of all, I appreciate their professionalism and open to acknowledge patient questions for clarification. This is also critical to establish patient confidence in their services.

It was the worst experience for my 12-year-old son and for me. First, it was his first visit to this office. They wouldn't let me stay with him while they took his X-rays; they told me I had to wait outside, so I did because we thought the X-rays wouldn't take long, and they said they'd call me in after the X-rays. Fourteen minutes passed, and I was very uneasy, so I asked what was going on, Then they told me they were about to call me to come in with my son. I have been coming to Ponderosa Dental for than 20 years. Dr. sales was my dentist but unfortunately he passed away. I have seen many different dentist, receptionist and hygienist. I noticed that ever since it became a corporation, everyone leaves. The reason why I stayed is because I really like my hygienist , his name is Saba. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to do his job. He is kind and friendly , I hope he stays because everyone leaves. Ponderosa Dental needs more employees like Saba.
